The staff here is so helpful and responsive. I couldn’t have asked for an easier time in getting my questions answered. Also would commend my experience with having something shipped- tracking numbers were sent promptly. Great experience!

Went to them for large-ish prints for my portfolio. The prints were accurate, clean, spot on color/density wise. I calibrate my screen so it was a relief that what I saw on my screen was what I got in the prints. The people there are wonderfully friendly and accommodating as well.

Got my 35mm developed here. I just moved to the area so I had to find a new place. Returned in 3 days to WeTransfer. Staff was awesome and super helpful!

Our Company would not be where it is today without the help, advice, and care of the staff. Their prices are reasonable and their rentals are amazing and so easy. Whether you are new to photography or an "expert" they are always patient and willing to help.

The staff are really nice and helpful all the time. The only issue is the wait time for photo processing. They used to process film in 2-3 days, but now it takes more than a week.

This place is absolute quality in so many ways. I used to use Pro Photo Connection to print my photos, for recreational purposes. It was always such great quality print and paper. I moved a little far from the shop and tried other print shops but didn't find the same quality as I did with this photo shop. So even with the drive, I still print all my photos from this shop. A couple days before Christmas, I needed a special photo printed for one of my gifts. I made a mistake on the order and was very sad to not have the picture I needed for the gift with only two days before Christmas. I could've resorted to another photo shop but I couldn't get over the difference in quality. On top of that, I wasn't planning on going back to Irvine for a while. John was so kind to offer to print the photo first thing in the morning and ship it to me immediately, in hopes that it would get to me before Christmas. And it did! I received a well protected package with my photo the day before Christmas. John went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. And the print, as always, was such great quality. Thank you Pro Photo Connection and especially John for helping me with this project and making it work!

Love the set up and the options! As a new person using film, it was a real nice set up. However, I didn’t like that I was talked in a snarky way. The first time coming here my sister and I were helped by a nice dude in a beanie, usually at the front. Super chill guy! The last time I came, I was helped by an older dude who compared to the chill one was not too helpful. Being really new to this, the chill guy went step by step with us and gave us explanation. The older guy was just making sarcastic-like comments which just made my anxiety worsen. It really is a cool place!! I just wish I hadn’t been treated like I was supposed to be full-known of these processes.
