The Dungeon Irvine is hands down one of the best workout studios I’ve been to. I took a few classes while I was in town and was blown away by both the workouts and the instructors. The classes are HARD in the best way and incredibly well structured. I had only done Megaformer once before, and the instructors were so kind, patient, and helpful while still pushing me to work. The Megaformer machines are top tier and deliver a full body workout that is both challenging and effective. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional, and truly focused on proper form, which made every class feel intentional and safe. The energy in the studio is amazing and such a great way to start the day. If you are looking for a tough, results driven workout with welcoming instructors and a great vibe, The Dungeon Irvine is it. I will absolutely be back next time I’m in Irvine.

The Dungeon delivers a challenging Lagree workout that lives up to its name! The classes are incredibly effective, leaving you feeling muscles you didn’t know you had. The instructors are motivating, hands-on and push you just the right amount while keeping the energy positive. The studio has a cool, moody vibe that makes the whole experience feel unique compared to typical fitness spaces. The class leaves you sweaty, shaking, and already planning your next!

If you want to discover muscles you didn’t even know you had (and feel them burn for two days), The Dungeon is the place. The atmosphere is unique— a dark room with neon lights and no mirrors, which makes it easier to focus on your form without being self-conscious. Plus, the front desk and instructors are incredibly welcoming and make the whole experience beginner-friendly from the start. Shout out to Sabrina and Lauren— I love their classes, and shout out to Avery— she’s the sweetest! The Lagree workout on the Megaformer is no joke, but there are a ton of options to adjust the spring resistance so you can challenge yourself to get stronger. If you’re feeling too sore, the infrared saunas here are nice little reward. I think everyone should check out The Dungeon, and they think so too— they offer free men’s classes led by a male instructor!

Just tried out the new location of this Lagree fitness studio and I’m obsessed! Evelyn and Sana are not only the sweetest owners, but truly incredible instructors who know how to push you in the best way. The workouts are insane—in the best, most burn-every-muscle, shaking so much kind of way—and I always leave feeling stronger. The new space is absolutely beautiful, super clean, and such a vibe. Plus, they have 3 saunas which is the perfect post-class treat. So excited for this new location —they totally nailed it!

Out of all the workout classes I’ve ever taken, this one stands out as the absolute best. The location is super convenient, and the brand-new studio has that fresh, energizing feel that somehow sets the perfect tone for a great workout. But what really makes this place special is Sana — hands down the most fabulous instructor I’ve ever had. Her energy, encouragement, and expertise take the entire experience to another level. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I really hope they introduce an unlimited class package soon — because I’m ready to make this studio my fitness home.
