I don’t know where to start. Except I am absolutely floored by this experience. I am so glad I brought my tapes in and Ernie and Mike were great and very helpful! I’ve been looking for a way to convert my VHS tapes for a very long time and I’ve been procrastinating because I never wanted to mail it somewhere because they’re quite sentimental. I loved that I could bring them into a physical space, preview them, and trust Mike and Ernie with it. I can’t wait to see the finished product!!

Mike did above and beyond restoring my old video tapes into digital. So many memories I didn’t even know I had and he cleaned up the tapes and cut out things I didn’t need. I even misplaced the flash drive and he gave me another one that same day and also emailed my daughter so she could download the files. I would highly recommend him!

Mike at Digital Arts Plus did an incredible job of digitizing some 20+ VCR tapes. Some of them degraded, but Mike did a great job of recovering what he could and putting it in an MP4 format. After dropping the tapes off, I realized I forgot to give him one. When I picked up, he was very understanding and agreed to digitize the tape and send it to me via a Dropbox folder. Mike worked super quickly and his rates were extremely reasonable - better than several other companies that I contacted. If you have videos that need to be converted, give Mike and Digital Arts Plus a call!

I wanted to give my daughter a video as a gift for her college graduation. The finished product was so creative and well put together that it not only met my expectations but exceeded them beyond measure! Mike was patient and easy to work with throughout the process. His attention to detail is seen from the beginning frame to the end. He paired song lyrics to complement photos perfectly. For example, there was a sparkle/bling effect on my daughter’s engagement ring during the lyrics, "and that’s when you changed my life" and a photo of our family at Christmas light festival "and under the lights when everything goes" as well as a baby photo "Where did you get those eyes so blue, they’re from the sky that you passed through" using a background of sky and fluffy white clouds. The fade in and out sequences and backgrounds were coordinated with thought. I gave him a list of songs both upbeat and ballad and he used them skillfully with balance. Mike was also able to manipulate video and audio clips from a talent show and enhanced the memory from the weak technology that I had used. He also incorporated changes at the last moment as new information came in so that the video was up to date and complete, encompassing her college experience. I was completely pleased with the final product. My daughter LOVED the video! I can only imagine how much she is going to love it years from now. It chronicles when she met her husband, her best friends, and the start of her adult life. Mike at Digital Arts Plus deserves so much credit and appreciation for all his hard work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I needed my VHS tapes transferred to USB drives and to DVD's, plus various other projects. Mike at Digital Arts Plus is a Tech Wizard, in my book, and can handle any job needed. Hi Mike, I hope I remember your name correctly. Last night my friend and I watched the DVD you made from a TV VCR tape concert. I cannot thank you enough for such a fantastic job! We sat and enjoyed some of the most wonderful music from Franz Lehar. You were most kind to me as was your assistant, whose name I promptly forgot, even though I was in a long conversation with him when I picked up my DVD. They did a great job recording my dads funeral. I was able to send copies to relatives that couldn't make it. The final copy was beautiful and they added music to the opening part. Very professional.
