I was impressed by EverPresent's service. In particular, I was able to drop my 27 year old tapes off at a local shop; the team communicated with me about their condition and the progress of the project. Being able to share a link to the images with people for a limited time is also a very nice feature. The images are good and I am very happy with the result.

The EverPresent experience was great. i would highly recommend their services. I had them digitize years of old videos on different formats and the results were amazing. In addition, their customer service was top notch. They kept me apprised of the progress of my project and followed up afterwards too. I also liked the fact that I was able to drop off and pick up my box of tapes at a local store, rather than mailing them off. I felt that this was much more secure. Overall, 5 stars!

EverPresent is very professional and does high quality work. They nailed it from start to finish. Phone interaction, turn around time, and most importantly, the work they did was top notch. I had 2 hi8 videos put on CD and am now going back to them for help fixing a couple of old cassette tapes and putting them on CD. I highly recommend!

EverPresent did a good job scanning my photos, no complaints. They kept in touch about the process and timing, returned all of my original photos in good shape. It did end up being a bit pricey. But I think all of these services are pricey.

I had some of my parents’ old 35mm slides digitized. EverPresent's consultants were with me every step of the way explaining the process from pick up/drop off, digitizing, cleaning, and how I would eventually be able to view our treasures. I highly recommend this service if you have memories you would like to view. My consultant was upfront from the beginning with the cost which is not "inexpensive", however, a plus for me is that now I will be able to store these memories in "the cloud". EverPresent’s consultants help you decide which viewing/storage options work best for your situation. Our family slides were sitting in a cardboard box with no hope of being viewed and possibly a chance of being ruined. Now our family can see my parents’ pictures and enjoy hearing about their adventures.

We used EverPresent's service twice: first to save family VHS tapes and later to preserve audio recordings from my mother's grandparents taken in the 1930s. EverPresent did a great job. Everything came out as expected with no stress at all.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They were exactly what I was looking for when I found an album from the 1940s in a family member's home. The album was not in the best condition (very fragile and crumbling) so I was nervous about sending it off. I was able to talk to numerous, helpful representatives who talked me through the entire process. I was confident in a semi-local company and after the estimate was very reasonable, I decided to go with their services. The finished, scanned product is perfect and better than I could have imagined. The EverPresent team has such a mindfulness for detail and scanned even small slips of paper that I didn't notice slipped into the cover of the album. This company exceeded expectations and I will be using their services again in the future.
