Deluxe Inn Odessa

Stopped here at the deluxe inn expecting to stay one night, exceeded expectations and was a very comfortable living space. Ended up staying two weeks and in those two weeks I had no issues. You have food and gas so close, there was no burden getting access to what I needed. Man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Truly Couldn’t ask for more. People staying were friendly and I had cracked a few jokes with a couple of them. I know where I’m staying if I am in Odessa again. Appreciate it.

This place was terrible. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, there was 1 queen and 1 full in the room.The room was dirty, the towels were dingey and rough.There were blood stains on the bedspread. There was about a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door where anything could have crawled in.We stayed 2 nights and the 2nd night about 3 in the morning There was a couple fighting and screaming right outside the door. The only thing good about the room was the shower and the A/C. The staff was nice. I wouldn't reccomend for anyone to stay here.

Rooms are decent but they do have a lot of repairs needed to be made. The restroom door handle was falling apart and the frame around the room was falling off, beds are hard and smelled weird like old and dusty covers. They don’t have coffee maker in room or any cups they don’t provide shampoo. The parking lot is very small. They have advertised "free continental breakfast" but when we went for "breakfast" the worker said they weren’t doing breakfast this year and to go to the gas station next door. Why advertise something you don’t provide is outrageous if we would have known we would have booked elsewhere for the price we paid it should have breakfast included.

Great place if all you need is a good night's sleep. Nothing fancy, no breakfast, but decent beds. TV, fridge, microwave. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

To start, door has no seal so noise, wind, and light peer through the cracks, heater doesn't work, there's stains on the walls, on the floors, on the bedsheets and linens, there is a blunt on the floor, various beer bottle caps, cereal, and the room reeks of cigarettes/marijuana. It looks like they changed the sheets and restocked toiletries and called it a day, with zero other cleaning. Who knows if they actually changed the sheets recently. Do not stay here. The price isn't worth the fear of getting stabbed, bit, or affected by whatever is left in the room. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. We would have left for any of the other options had we not already paid for the room. 83$ for a stay from 5am, and having to be out by 11am the next day. Would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Good location and humble staff, no funny smell in rooms.

This is a great motel!!! Very clean rooms for what it is. Yes you get what you pay for, it can be old and outdated BUT its the cleanest most affordable rooms you can find in a oilfield town where they usually hike up the prices. Its run by a very sweet family that goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with what they can offer. No shady people hanging outside the rooms at night, the grounds are super clean, everyone is respectful. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and they are always accomodating for me and my service dog. We always get the hardwood floor, on the lower/ground floor and its always been a great experience. Housekeepers are always happy and smiling asking if you need anything when they see you outside. The curtains are dark so if you work night shifts you will have no problem sleeping great during the day. As a solo female traveler I’ve never been harrassed at this motel and I always feel super safe staying here every time. The ac works great every time, showers are hot and its a good place to sleep after work. This is not a resort so please don’t expect much, but overall I love staying here when I’m in town.
