Hampton Inn Olathe

I tend to have a lot of business travel, but rarely do I feel compelled to write a review. This hotel has some of the most welcoming staff I've encountered. Jordan checked me in for 3 of my visits and he has consistently provided top tier service. The breakfast staff keeps the area clean and well stocked and they are also very helpful. The rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. I will absolutely return to this hotel for future visits to the area.

Positive: Hotel employee was the staff member that evening when we checked in and he was amazing and very helpful Negative: The hotel was under construction and we had a 16 foot trailer on our truck to try to park. There were 2 storage containers taking up at least 6 parking spots There is not nearly enough parking at this hotel even if the whole lot was available

The beds could have been a little more comfy but I slept great! The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also ideal with lots of shopping, fuel, and dining options close by. Our only complaint was that around 8am each morning, whoever showered ran out of hot water within a couple minutes. That should never happen in a big hotel like this one..

What an amazing experience! We arrived extremely exhausted after working all day. Our first contact was with Jordan. He was a breath of fresh air. He welcomed us like family. My husband got a text in the morning from Sam saying good morning and welcome to the hotel. We later interacted with her and another great experience. We came to town for medical reasons. We vowed that we would be back for our next visit.

Stayed here after a Chiefs game. Got in late and up early. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The place was sparkling clean, the bedding was white and crisp and smelled so good. The breakfast was a huge step above most hotel free breakfasts. It was amazing. (We own a restaurant) I will definitely stay here again!

So Jordan is absolutely amazing. From. The beginning. I am very noise conscious and first room was next to elevator. Asked to move. He was so pleasant. Patient. Accommodating. I felt like a pain. But he was so kind. Next room had a fan issue. Again. Went out of his way to get up better room. Brought cart to change rooms and so unbelievably pleasant through it all. Wow. If I owned a company. Would hire him away. Rooms are really nice. Was just renovated. Great location. Lived in Olathe 23 years. Back for wedding. Can’t beat this place. !!!

Currently the outside is finishing a renovation but the rooms have all been updated. Had a wonderful sleep and exercise this morning. Breakfast area is spacious with lots of choices. Staff was most helpful. Great stay. Thanks.
