This is such an awesome store! I found my holy grail when it came to "long lost Warhammer loves." The owners are super friendly and helpful. There's a very nice selection of inventory (especially for Age of Sigmar) and quite a few hobby products as well (including harder to find items like Dirty Down Rust). There's plenty of gaming space as well. All around an awesome place for any Warhammer fan.

A miniature studio that will try to set you up for the best. Very informative painter can be found here to help you blend, mix, and test paints to see what you need. He also offers painting advise and tips.

Just found this place and loved it! They have 4 tables for gaming. Their selection in miniatures isn't the most robust but they have a huge selection of terrain. The best part is, to my understanding, they only do miniature gaming. So no magic or Pokémon nerds taking up space. All of their Warhammer stuff is 15% off market value all the time too! If you haven't been I definitely recommend checking it out.
