Went for a late night Valentine’s date with my husband last Saturday and had a great time !! We we were the last two people there!!! Keith (hope I’m spelling it correctly) was amazing , shared so much of his own experiences and facts about the items in the museum definitely made it feel like we were having a personal tour !! The young lady working the counter was also super helpful telling us about different tools we can try/how to use them and getting us checked in ! Super friendly atmosphere !! We will definitely be back hopefully next for an over night !!!
The entry fee was steep for the relatively small museum. However, I had a great time! A lot of people dislike the darkness, but it makes your visit feel like an adventure and really suits the spooky vibe. I was genuinely not expecting to be scared, but I couldn't go into the basement alone! Super fun, would definitely recommend if you don't mind the high entry fee.
The museum of shadows is amazing! I love being able to see the stories of the artifacts. The ghost equipment is a little pricey. But other than that it was so fun! The basement was the creepiest. I kept smelling weird smells in the more demonic area. I also heard a growl in that area. It was a great experience and I do recommend visiting the museum of shadows. I will definitely come back!
The museum was cool, but it wasn’t anything too crazy, definitely not worth 54 dollars for 2 people, we were in and out in 10 minutes. Some stuff wasn’t too crazy also, one of them was a traffic cone that was in a car accident, the customer service was nice.
Great place if you love the weird and scary stuff! Kids/teens that like this kind of stuff would enjoy it, but be prepared to do a little reading. Each piece has a small card near it, explaining where it came from and the strangeness associated with it. It would be awesome if they had a little brochure that lists all the items and strangeness that you could take with. I'd love to read up on them and do some further research before I go back. And yes, I will be going back! Enjoy my random photos since you are not allowed to take picts in the museum!
I went here on a Sunday afternoon with my girlfriend, and while she ended up chickening out in the first room I had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff, Keith and Millie are so sweet, Keith accompanied me throughout the entire museum until I chickened out, and Mille kept my girlfriend company telling her stories about the museum. It was definitely the scariest experience of my life but the friendliness of the staff is the only reason I could keep on going. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a fun scary time!
A lot of weird stuff here. Wether you believe or not, its still pretty spooky if you let your mind wander. Take the time to read the little notes besides each item. By the time you get downstairs you'll be spooked enough. No pics allowed and no phone use. They monitor that stuff pretty good as there are cameras everywhere.
