Unfortunately to say I have to leave a negative review on a business ive not even visited. But I see outright lying in their replies to reviews. They are telling people who've waited over a month on return negatives or even developed scans that "very few places do development anymore" or that the equipment isnt made anymore. Thats bogus. Coastal film lab out of tampa, bellows film has 4 locations 2 of which are in fl (orl and mia) and one in atlanta. Dark room development. Red finch. I could go on. Most of the. Offer all kinds of custom developing and scanning with 7-10 business day turn around. Also film companies (and 3rd parties) do in fact still manufacture the equipment and chemicals needed to develop their film. You can even do it at home. Though quality may vary in the diy method. Super disappointing to see this. Ive got a lot of big film projects coming up this year and id really hoped to work with a local business on the developing and scanning.

First time visiting Tallahassee Photo & Frame. Very impressed with their selection of picture frame, portrait frames, photo albums, camera and lighting accessories. Didn't know they offer imprinting your favorite pics onto mugs, water bottles, coasters, etc. Employees were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Decent pricing. Will return...

I have been a long-time customer of Tallahassee Photo and Frame. For years, I used them for photo scan and/or print work. Approximately four months ago and again this week, I tried to have photos scanned and printed. The customer service was very poor both times. I felt like I needed to beg to be waited on. I was quoted a ridiculous price for a relatively small scan and print job this time, and was told that it could take over a week for the job to be completed. I then left and went to Walgreens, where they scanned and printed my photos within a matter of minutes for a very reasonable price. From what I can see, Tallahassee Photo and Frame has lost its way. I will not be going there again.

I called this business a month ago to inquire about photo framing and they were RUDE and nasty to me. They also ripped off my friend and damaged her artwork - they refused to make it right or take any responsibly. Do not waste your time with this place!

I had THE BEST experiences with Tallahassee Photo and Frame, specifically, Sharon!! She is such a wonderfully talented person. She restored my parents' wedding photo, as well as she redid a photo my kids made me for a xmas gift. The time, effort, and personalized service, along with quality work is amazing! I also had several VHS tapes transfered into CDs. Their prices are great, and their service is the best!! Support your locally owned businesses!! I'll be back for sure!! Thanks again, Sharon!!

This was the only place that the Canadian consulate told us to get our passport photos taken…we paid a handsome sum to get the pictures and they were all rejected…money down the drain.

Thank you for helping me honor our family legacy with this custom frame. Your frame should protect the document for multiple generations.
