Great community and fun classes! Chris (owner) Rea (instructor) and Bridget (instructor) were all super friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed my first class and took advantage of their in studio only promotions! Highly recommend for locals or even if you’re just passing through. I pass through VB often and will make this one of my frequent pit stops for some good energy, sweats and beats!

From the moment I started my fitness journey to now, the ✨magic✨ of this place has remained steadfast. The welcoming atmosphere and the community makes it so easy for someone to find their place here. From the front desk team to the instructors, they all seek to get to know you and make you comfortable. The support, judgement free zone, and care for others from the entire team and community draws you in. Trying new things can be scary or difficult for some, but their warm nature makes it a little less daunting. The classes and instructors make it a fun experience, motivate you, and always have good energy. The community of riders are unmatched and all seek a common goal: to become better versions of themselves. I cannot recommend this Bar enough - you’ve got to see it at least once for yourself! I’m sure you’ll fall in love!

CycleBar Redmill is a great place to get in shape! The owners and instructors are fantastic, and the music is like a concert every night! It is great to be part of a community that supports one another 🙂

Being a member at Cycle Bar Red Mill since 2017 has been amazing! Every single time I walk through that front door I am greeted by a staff member who knows my name and welcomes me to my workout. CycleBar is not only a place to sweat a lot and work out - it’s a place to be with likeminded positive people who are encouraging and fun. I love feeling like I am part of a family and am always amazed by the instructors and the play lists they coordinate for each ride. When I leave my rides I feel accomplished and just so happy. I love the CycleBar! Staff, instructors, music… always a 10/10! 100% recommend! I can’t wait to hit my 500th ride! #WeRideAsOne

LOVE Red Mill CycleBar. I can’t say enough on how awesome they are. The authenticity and warmth is just not something you will find anywhere else. It feels less like working out (even though I am sore & drenched in sweat after every workout), it feels more like belonging & empowerment. From knowing each of us (and always greeting by name) to the owners being present and caring. The instructors make you feel uplifted & help you push yourself. They’re all amazing especially Noah & Kelly! They go the extra step- from lavender cold towels after every ride to celebrating our milestones.

Love the staff and instructors. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My first ride was with Noah, & I enjoyed it! He offered to help with setting up the bike and was patient to instruct how to use the numbers on the bike. The studio is well organized and clean. They offer cool wet towels for after workouts. They make cycling an enjoyment!

I started this journey a little over a year ago, looking for diversity in my workout routine. Never would I have imagined the camaraderie, friends and fun I would have, while pursuing my cardio and endurance goals. I love the instructors and owners, who are all invested in making every ride a great experience. It’s the best Bar in Virginia Beach. @CyclebarRedmill 12/21/2022 - it’s been 1 1/2 years since I started at Cycle Bar and am happy to say that I jumped in feet first, with no regrets. It’s been a journey of self care, reflection - some of those instructor led conversations touch my soul and building friendships, while improving my health. The only thing I would have changed was starting sooner, when they first opened. It’s not a fad, and it’s not going away.
