It’s clear that Caleb Zukowski lacks the necessary management and soft skills to effectively oversee a retail sales floor. He might need to work closer with a trainer to redirect his sarcastic and rude remarks. he might be a better fit for a non-customer facing role. update The responsiveness and follow-up from his leader Yanni was very empathetic. Finding out that Caleb was not the real manager does gain my trust back in this brand and the store.

Slowest customer service ever. Store was almost empty on a Tuesday at 2 pm and couldn’t get anyone to help me buy a camera after asking two associates. Slowest customer service ever. What is going on. Waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me it was out of stock -_-

I went to pick up a TV I had already pre paid for and Alex S at the front informed me there was a way better tv for only $200 more so I ended up buying it. I also signed up for a membership as well. He is a good perfect example of a great employee.

After a 20 minutes of wait and couple of requests to get assistance and being told they were sending assistance. Another customer comes to the same exact area and get assisted before us. After telling the employee we were there before the gentleman that was being assisted all he could say he would help us next. WHERE is the good customer service? Taking my business elsewhere

I came to this Best Buy to buy a laptop that was clearly priced at $549.99. One of the Microsoft reps in the store ignored me multiple times while helping other customers who approached after me. I was standing there with my baby, and it felt like I wasn’t even being acknowledged. When I finally asked him about financing, he said yes and started the process. But then he entered the laptop into the lease-to-own system as $1,000 instead of the listed $549. Because of that, the total jumped to over $2,200. When I asked why he changed the price, he told me it was "so I could get approved for credit." That is not how credit works. It looked like he tried to inflate the price and take advantage of someone distracted or overwhelmed. I walked out without buying anything because the whole situation felt dishonest and predatory. No one should have to deal with this. Please double-check all prices if you choose to finance here. Watch outt!!

Thank you to CALEB, ANGELO, JORDAN, JAY and TIM for the recent help when I came in to the store. These team members made sure that not only was my wife's laptop repaired but also assisted me in purchasing a new pair of over the ear headphones. I could tell it was a long day for this team and we arrived close to closing because of a Geek Squad appointment, but they did not rush us out of the store. They answered all of questions and made sure we left with all our needs met. I know from working in retail the late night last minute customer struggle but you hung in there.
