He’s the professional you want to speak with. His wide range of knowledge across all the products made the whole process incredibly efficient. We went to PC Richards and sales associate Jimmy Gomez was great. He helped Suzanne and I with a replacement for a microwave oven and the service was so great that we will definitely return for a mattress and a oven for our kitchen. I wish we had more people like Jimmy for in person transactions like the one we just completed a PC Richards thank you, Jimmy. Microwave installation unbelievable Service Sebastian and his crew were in and out of our co-op apartment within 30 minutes. I have bought most of my appliances from P.C. Richards & Son. Today I needed to replace my clothes dryer. I worked with Errol who was very knowledgeable and patient, very professional and helpful. He recommended different machines with no pressure. I highly recommend Errol and appreciate the variety at this store. I left as another happy customer with a new dryer. Successful trip!

Craig helped me pick out appliances for my new kitchen. Helped me realize that with certain discounts I could get into a built in refrigerator at not that big of a difference from the standalone I was looking at. Never pushy, upfront what he could and couldn't do on prices. Couldn't recommend more.

Store located in Central park ave Yonker Ben He is an amazing manager. I purchased a washer dryer two weeks ago. I faced some issues with the delivery. He followed steps by steps until it got delivered. He even gave me his mobile number to get in contact at any time. This kind of service is not often in any customer service from any store.
