Fun, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Cozy and comfortable. A really good place to see local and touring bands. Meeting up with other people who share the same music likes is excellent. Door greeters are welcoming also. You feel like you belong here ! I recommend it highly. Recently, I enjoyed seeing one of my favorite California bands, Haunt, and a favorite L.A. band, Intranced, at Ivy Room. Easy to find also, with room to park nearby. Am looking forward to going back soon.😀💕🎤🎸

Such a cool space! I really enjoy smaller venues than large crazy ones. This feels like the perfect size. I also really enjoy the style and art of the venue, it feels and reflects a cool music and events space. Parking wasnt too hard to find in the area (this was a sunday night and we had street parking right by the venue).

This is a great dive bar in Albany CA I went for the music. Saw a great band, The Recyclist... Huge dance floor... Check it out!

Really fun ' dive bar ' . We went to listen to music and WOW did we get a treat! A singer songwriter named Maddie Carpenter sang 6-7 songs and blew us away. Check her out!!!! The place was really fun, the people working there were kind and charismatic and the stage and sound were great. The vibe was definitely pro women and pro peace, which was really refreshing for a bar experience! We had a lot of fun.

I love this bar,! it’s a classic dive bar with decor of top notch classic musicians hanging on walls. The atmosphere is comfortable and the bartenders are so attentive and know their stuff (drinks) what’s really cool is they introduce an eclectic stream of good live music groups. The owners are also top notch friendly classic woman who look amazing!

It was my first time to this iconic venue. I saw one of my all-time favorite bands play, Steel Pole Bathtub with the Antler Family opening. This is a quaint little venue and people come from all over the Bay Area. It's also run by all women. It's also not far from the BART station.

Intimate venue with great vibes, plenty of street parking, and don't forget to tip your bartender.
