I enjoy this place a lot. Afternoon shows outside are great. Same with the night show inside… Comfortable, good acoustics, easy to get drinks, very good food. I’ve been there over 5x and enjoyed it every single time
My favorite place to see a show, hands down. The stage area is cozy, and has a great vibe. You can get awesome tacos and taco type things there and eat right in the attached cafe area, where they even have a screen showing the stage, so you won't miss a thing. Kid friendly, I have taken our pre-teens to a few shows there, and they love it too!
I went here for the line dancing brunch and had a good time. I gave it 3 stars because I paid to enter and thought that a small brunch/meal was included. There was food available but it was only taco/burrito related items. I had the breakfast tacos and they were pretty good though. Also, there were no juice options at the bar. They do have coffee and alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Also the dining area was kinda small and parking is very limited of course so better to catch an Uber or Lyft.
Always such a vibe, great food inside and around, good cocktails and beers, and great shows always rotating. I went to their NYE funk show and a Bob Weir tribute, looking forward to the dolly birthday show!
Great place to sit and listen to music and great food but the bartender acted like he didn't want to serve anyone at the bar had a bad attitude but had good time with friends
I came here for my first burlesque brunch! It was sooooo much fun!! We got there about 30 min before start time to get some food. The brunch tacos were heaven! I ended up getting two lol. And then the show was just spectacular. A great MC, sexy performances and just good vibes all around. I cannot wait to come back to see another show when I’m back in Asheville!
I had a great experience working with Ashton Sikes and her team at the iconic Grey Eagle venue to host my album release show. As a community connector, songwriter, and founder of the Asheville Songwriters Association, I understand the power of kindness and good communication. From the initial planning to the day-of implementation, everything was top-notch. Daniel, on sound, was patient and professional as we worked through a 6-person set up. Jen was also great at the bar, which means a lot to the attendees. I would highly recommend The Grey Eagle to any national, regional and local performers. It's a bucket list kind of place that should not be missed.
