Listen im not a hater - girl it’s taco bell. I don’t expect glitz and glam. But the avocado sauce I paid for was forgotten and this crunch wrap… i love y’all but I need the pictures to show how sad she is (a mess but still delicious). Mostly I’m just sad about the avocado sauce, but I love my midnight Baja. Everyone working there I thought I interacted with was an absolute delight also!!!!

The negative reviews of this place are not exaggerations they are warnings. Its only real strength is its location. Without the constant foot traffic, it would be difficult to justify the consistently poor level of service it provides. The experience is reliably disappointing. The treatment ranges from indifferent at best to openly arrogant at worst, particularly from the manager, whose attitude clearly sets the tone for the entire establishment. The lack of professionalism is not accidental; it appears to be systemic. There is no courtesy, no genuine willingness to help, and no basic respect toward paying customers. What stands out most is the normalization of dismissive behavior. A business that relies more on its location than on the quality of its service can only sustain itself for so long. If you have alternatives, choose them.

One of the worst Taco Bell experiences ever. The service here is extremely poor. Staff don’t know how to talk to customers and were yelling instead of communicating properly. The drive-thru is completely disorganized, and the wait time was over 30 minutes, which is unacceptable for fast food. The whole experience felt stressful and disrespectful. Management seriously needs to step in and take action because this location is being run very poorly.

The people who work here are so unbelievably rude and the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in a restaurant. It seems like they always get my order wrong, despite all of the modifications being clearly listed from placing the order through the kiosk they have on their store. When my cantina bowl was once again not correct, I nicely told them it wasn't supposed to have sauce on it - they argued with me telling me that the order was correct, despite there obviously being sauce pour all over the top. They remade it with an attitude and gave me another bowl with half the ingredients missing. Just rude, lazy employees who don't know what bare minimum customer service is.

Do not mobile order from here. 99% of the time you’ll be waiting 20+ minutes for you food (after ordering 10-15 minutes ahead) drive thru takes forever and in the lobby takes even longer. 9 times out of 10 they mess your order up as well. Go to the one by worthy brewing. This one is terrible 😭

I got home and grabbed a slice of my chicken quesadilla and realized it was almost empty, so I grabbed another slice and opened it and saw it had almost nothing in it either. I got out all three quesadillas and opened them to see, you guessed it, they were all pretty much tortilla with a little sauce. Not even enough sauce to cover 50% of the inside. Let alone chicken or cheese… this was like 20+ dollars in food..

The staff are not doing their jobs properly. They are incredibly slow at making the food, so much so that there's always a giant line of people waiting for them to start orders. They are extremely unprofessional, often times just lodging around in the building without actually doing their jobs, and to top it all off, they don't read the modifiers on the screen half the time, often giving out wrongful orders to people. I genuinely think EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER should get fired. They should re-staff with people who actually know what they're doing. The staff need to get better at their job. As a former Taco Bell employee, I used to be able to get done with a line like that in under 15 minutes with only 3 people working. They have no excuse. Get it together.
