The Comedy Lounge

First time in was the J.C Currais show and I'll tell you what this was an awesome experience. Waitress was attentive and drinks were ice cold. The owner was very polite and I look forward to coming back for some of my laughing needs. Thanks again for a great time and great laughs.

Our first time there and we had a blast. Wonderful comedians and staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. It's my hubbies birthday weekend and this was great.

First time to the Comedy Lounge and I had a great experience. The place was packed! It was nice to see a mixed crowd in Boise! Three different stand-up comics from out of town were all funny and engaging. The owner and staff were polite and efficient and friendly. You can order food from BBQ 4 Life, which was very tasty. I do wish the food would’ve come at the start of my visit. I had to wait a bit for the food to be delivered based on their schedule. It was worth the weight. This place is a gem…right here in the gem state!

Signage was not good. I get that the building management won't allow better signage. Comedians were funny right up until Eddie Gossling had to take something that brings people together a ruined it by making 1 political and 1 religious joke in the last few minutes of his act. No laughs, could have been left out and nobody would have missed it. If you choose to have comedians that say half the people in the audience or more are Nazis don't expect them to want to come back for more.

We were here recently for a show and had a great time. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming. The venue is the perfect size for comedy acts, good view and sound no matter where you sit. Brian was a great host and very welcoming. The only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is drinks and the food. While the beers flow easily, they don’t really do much in the way of bar drinks, short of some pre-mixed options. Secondly, while there is food, it’s very limited to a just a few things from the local BBQ joint’s menu. You can only order what’s on the Lounge’s menu, nothing particular from the provider’s menu, which limits your options, especially so when dealing with any allergy concerns. That said the staff were very receptive to our inquiries and made every effort to accommodate as best as they could. All in all, a good venue and we’d return for another show.

Me and my wife went and saw AJ Wilkerson last night and it was worth every penny. Also lounge at the end of the universe was a very comfortable atmosphere, the owner was very polite and a very humble person. And even short staffed he's employees worked very hard and made shit happen and had very positive attitudes the whole night. If you haven't been to one of there shows, I would definitely recommend going!!! Awesome place for sure!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. We were at the Gabriel Rutledge show and had a wonderful time. Drinks are reasonably priced, shows are fantastic. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. The venue is large enough to not feel claustrophobic but small enough to still feel intimate.
