We ordered an extra crispy festive feast for pick up, and the chicken was soggy and batter was falling off, and it was DEFINITELY not crispy nor hot. Never coming to this location. Very disappointing.

On 11/24/25, we had to return to the restaurant because items were missing from our order. The same associate helped us both times we were there. She was very kind and friendly. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and even gave us a free cake. I don’t know her name. It was around 7:30. I think she was working the drive thru also because she had a head set on. I wish I would have asked her name, but thank you for being so nice!

Last time going here for food. The chicken tasted old and my family meal fries were not even filled up ! If I'm paying for a family meal why are my side dishes halfway filled

The experience that l had at the KFC in Carson on Figueroa and Carson Street . Was so awesome l keep going back . There customer service is so outstanding . I had to ask Susana the manager how can l give a great review of excellence period .

I haven’t been here in years and it has not changed one bit. The employees were super helpful and patient.The tenders box I got was super good. I will be coming back here more often especially this location.

Each time I come to this location, my order is wrong. Today I ordered a 2pc breast and wing combo for lunch, I got to work and they gave me a leg and thigh. The leg and thigh had little meat and extremely small, and the biscuit was bite size. This should have been a kids meal! The prices continue to increase while the quality and portion size decrease. In this economy times are hard for the average consumer, so it’s vital that we get a decent meal when we’re paying regular price for the meal. Pay attention to customers orders, serving quality products which built your brand and customer base is essential.
