I’m sorry that I lost my ticket for the coat check, but there’s no reason why you guys should have treated me like a criminal letting me freeze outside while I’m begging y’all to let me get my jacket inside. I was NOT trying to cause any problems I was just trying to stay warm so I can go home! I’m sorry that I dropped my ticket "# 011" in the snow, it was a size small American eagle jacket, nothing fancy… THX for the hospitality, John King would be so happy. I’ll let my friends and followers know how you treat paying customers. Eliazar.

I must admit ..I don't like the renovated Charlies. They made the space much smaller by putting a huge bar area. The bathrooms layout? Really doesnt have any logic. Also chargung after 10 instead of the previous midnight is a bad choice. Slowly they will loose customers. The drinks? Same as before, good and gendrous pours.

This place is so much fun, I feel welcomed and safe every time I visit. The liquor and beer selection is nice. All the performers and performances, are amazing! Shout out to my favorite sapphire!!!

On 9/26/25, sometime between 9:30–10:00 PM, I experienced racial discrimination at Charlie’s. I sat next to a man who immediately told me, "You’re not an American, I am an American." I calmly ended the conversation and walked away, but an inner voice told me to defend myself. I went back briefly and told him, "I am American, and I have a U.S. passport," before leaving the bar again. As a Filipino-American and a gay man, I found this experience hurtful and disappointing. Queer spaces should be welcoming and inclusive for everyone, regardless of race or background. I hope Charlie’s takes incidents like this seriously and works toward a safer environment for all members of our community. Update (09/29/25): After posting this review, the General Manager of Charlie’s, Ralph, reached out to me directly. He gave a very kind and thoughtful response, acknowledged what I went through, and reassured me that my report is being taken seriously. He emphasized that staff are trained to step in if something like this happens again, and encouraged me to reach out in the moment if I ever feel unsafe. I appreciate that management responded with care and took the time to address my concerns. While the incident itself was very hurtful, I feel reassured knowing that Charlie’s is committed to reinforcing its values of inclusivity and safety for all guests.

I mostly come these days in my later years for an off weekend affair. I absolutely love bingo on Monday and the hosts. It’s full of banter, crowd participation, laughter, and community. It’s like a live pod cast with bingo. Absolutely recommend for an early weeknight activity!

What a fun late night bar. The service was always on the point and the bartenders were super nice and attractive! Definitely a place to visit!

Litterally do not go here. And please do not give them your jackets.:: I do not give my jacket to anyone on purpose. My friends asked me to check it here and this is what happened. They took mine and my entire groups ticket numbers when we were they were they asked for our numbers again. And accepted it at the moment because they encouraged the line to bully us and boooo us. Then when I went kutsift look
