I wish the place had prices listed for all their drinks, we had 6 drinks and the bill was nearly 80 after tip. Server was good, quick, and on point. The mixed drinks were very well made, but dang, prices in the city have gone through the roof. Concert venue prices at your local bar. I wasn't a fan of their ID system, they scan your ID into some devices. What info they keep on record? What's their retention policy on data? What happened to checking with your eyes?

Love the vibes in Shakers, great local spot for karaoke! The karaoke hosts are awesome and so welcoming, shoutout to Kristal! The crowd is always great and there's awesome range in song choices. The martinis are a bit pricey but I'll definitely keep coming for the karaoke.

Karaoke nights are the best, definitely try out their Wednesday "nerd nights" if you're a fan of They Might be Giants, JoCo, or Disney/show tunes. Ben is an awesome DJ and super fun to talk to. Everyone here is welcoming and kind, and the vibe is great. Very LGBT friendly and popular with that crowd. The drinks are good (try the espresso martini), and the "passport" system is pretty unique and fun. Those items tend to be on the pricier side, though ($12-15), so try to go on nights when they have deals. The happy hour deals aren't bad either, but traffic doesn't really pick up until closer to 10 pm (when karaoke starts most nights) so it's better to go later. Things get packed around then and it will be hard to find a seat. Overall a great bar and definitely going to be a fun time if you choose to go, especially with friends.

Dying breed of local bars that stay true to the identity they’ve always had. 26 Long Island / mule flavors and karaoke almost daily. Right off clark close, great place to start the night or keep the night going. Staff was super hospitable and friendly. Manifesting a completed passport soon

You get free entry but you must buy one drink. I went here on comedy night.....there where about 15 people performing for about 10-15 minutes a piece. The comedians are newbies that's up and coming. But I enjoyed it.....there is also a special day for people with dogs. The martinis are decent too....they have something called the passport award if you drink so many.

I’ve come here twice. Terrible each time. Come here if you want to get harassed. Could be by the pushy bartender who’s always got an attitude. I understand there’s a 1 drink minimum. Literally had my card in hand waiting for the comic to finish his set before getting up to order a drink. The bartender sitting down at our table and pressing us for a drink order??? insane. Took what would’ve been a happy paying customer and inspired me to write this review. Oh, and if youre a young woman prepared to be harassed with inappropriate, unfunny jokes. Been to plenty of comedy shows with raunchy jokes but the these just aren’t funny and were just weird. Unfunniest group of men i’ve ever witnessed jesus.
