45 minutes on hold. My trash can was taken, yes I was overdue 1 month on the bill but the can belonged to me. When I call customer service I get transfered to someone in the Ghana area I guess. They cant speak English. IReal problems here. I just want my trash can that I paid for back so I can hire another service. The representative refused to acknowledge I was the owner of the account because I have undergone hormone therapy because I identify as a man. My voice has changed as I wanted it to for myself to feel like who I am. This is discrimination at its finest. Refuse to let me speak to their manager. I am disgusted at this place of business.

I an very frustrated with this company. Since they have increases our price, they have missed picking up our trash on a few occasions. A couple of times I did not contact them because mistakes happen and my trash was not completely full so we could manage it. One time they took care of it within 1 to 2 days but this week they have not taken care of it at all. They canceled my request to pick up the missed trash. The day after my request to pick up the missed trash, they sent me an email for a bill that's due next month, while not fulfilling their job in picking up the missed trash. I have never missed paying my bill and we always put our trash out to the curb the night before.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We signed up for dumpster service about 2.5 years ago. We signed a contract. Each year they have increased our pricing by $50 throwing in some new fee and increasing the price of the dumpster. Whenever I call to talk to someone it takes me 45 minutes to an hour to talk to actually get someone who can "help". I’ve been told I cannot cancel my contract even though they keep increasing the rates. In addition to that it’s another $250 to pick up the dumpster even if I want to switch to regular trash pick up. I’ve been promised call backs from managers and never received them as well. When an individual signs a contract, there is an expectation that the contract price is valid for the term of the contract. But not with this place. They are nefarious. They don’t care about their clients. All they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of an individual in an economy where people are already struggling to pay their bills. My suggestion is that you should NEVER use this company. Go with someone else. ANYONE else. Even if their prices are higher, because once you sign a contract with these guys, they will increase their pricing, lock you in and you will be paying more with them then with any other company you could have went with.

We are only given one option to waste pickup. I had our serviced missed and called for a pickup they said they would send someone out. Our cans sat for multiple days without pickup. This hasn’t been the first time of this either. They also continuously send out texts saying the service has been delayed. I received one just now at 9:31am, our trash was already picked up at 7:30am. When they bought out Santek I thought it couldn’t have gotten much worse, but they continue to have the same issues. They also will not pick up any trash that is outside of the trash cans. This company has awful systems that clearly show in their service.

Signed up for new service and it took a bit to get our trashcan delivered which is fine I get that. Then we come around to the first day it’s suppose to be picked up and they never show up, so we call them still trying to give the opportunity since it was new service and they apologized and said the truck was still in route (late in the day) they never showed up so we called the following day and they apologized again and said they would be there that day, I come home that afternoon from work and it’s still full, call again and they said the following day they would have it picked up by one and again it was not picked up and now it’s the weekend I have a full can and no where to put my garbage because they never showed up. Had absolutely no issue taking my money in a quick swoop but can’t be bothered with good service and picking up the trash that I’ve paid them to pick up.

My wife just called me and explained that Republic services took our trash can, our next door neighbors moved out a week ago and canceled service so republic services took our can as well, when we called we were told that the service we pay for requires us to live inside with our trash until they bring us a replacement in a week, WE PAY THEM for this service, they did not offer to bring one out today or tomorrow, they said the next service day, so why am im being charged for a week that I am unable to use the service? HORRIBLE COMPANY that will happily leave you swimming in garbage after THEY make a mistake. Trash company, no pun intended.

DO NOT use this company. I have been pulling my hair out for weeks. They intermittently pick up our trash. Not just mine, but our whole neighborhood. All of us neighbors call and call and are told the same thing.. "we will make an escalation ticket; we will send someone by to pick up trash, we will have someone call you back". They even went so far to tell me this morning it says in their system our trash was picked up. Well, I’m staring at my very full trash can along with everyone else’s. Headed down to their office they have listed online and will hopefully gain some traction that way. Stay tuned!
