Havana has a rating of 2.9 out of 5 based on over 254 reviews on Google
Awesome place to party, I came from Chicago. Joey the Bartender made me feel at home. The drinks and appetizers were great. The Show hosted by Maya it was fun and enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas!
Absolutely disgusting experience. This place claims to be "exclusive," but what they really mean is they’re comfortable being openly discriminatory. Anyone who looks or sounds like they don’t belong — longer waits, rude attitudes, extra scrutiny, and zero respect. Staff was unprofessional, judgmental, and clearly biased. I watched them let in people who arrived after us while giving us attitude like we were doing something wrong just by being there. It wasn’t subtle — it was blatant. If you value diversity, respect, and basic human decency, don’t spend your money here. There are plenty of clubs that don’t operate with outdated, prejudiced mindsets.
I’ve unfortunately had several negative experiences at this club. On one occasion, a bartender confiscated my ID and credit card, claiming potential fraud simply because my last name did not align with my ID. He kept my credit card and refused to return my ID until I threatened to involve the police, at which point he gave me my ID back and had me escorted out. Strangely, the following day I discovered over $1,000 in unexpected charges on my credit card that wasn’t returned. I attempted to bring this concern to the management, but my complaint was disregarded. I decided to give this club another chance tonight however and I was unexpectedly asked to leave the club simply for standing? From my experience, the door staff appear to be selective about who they allow in or keep around, and it feels inconsistent and unfair. The way the situation was handled raised concerns of possible bias or racial motivation? Either way will not be coming back. Very consistent if you read the reviews bellow …
been here several times and used to have a great time here but that new bouncer is awful! the last three times i’ve been he’s made up irrelevant reasons to not let me in. from saying they don’t allow digital cameras to saying sandals aren’t allowed. he is a hypocrite and rude. if you don’t have a certain look, he’ll find an excuse to not let you in. havana used to be welcoming to all, now not so much.
caters to whites, straights and the no sabo crowd!!! why is Latina Pop music on a Wednesday night??? also Rosalia is not latina….and Christian Nodal for noche de hombres no mms….don't claim to be latino if you don't speak Spanish or know about latino culture
This place was discriminating they td us we had to leave because one of us was pregnant. We said we know and we were sitting down just trying to enjoy our time but we were told to leave. Very rude we told the guy he was discriminating and he laughed. Very rude and unprofessional and obviously didn't know people rights. The dancer that we saw there were great and we paid for a show but the min the show was over and club guy asked us to leave.
Staff is usually rude. Bouncer in particular is inconsistent on enforcing rules and will find petty reasons to refuse entry on a case by case, purely dependent on his own mental state on any given night, and at worst will throw away or break things you have in your pockets (happened to two sets of people in front of me) instead of simply returning them to you to leave in your friend’s car or whatever. The atmosphere isnt anything to write home about and the music in particular is disappointing or outright bad a lot of the time, which makes you wonder why exactly the bouncer and occasionally bartenders have an ego at all. Would recommend Kaliente over this place for anyone looking for a Latin gay club in the area.
