Last Resort Saloon

I have been coming to Last Resort since I was 21, I am now 25 so I am unaffected by the 25+ rule, however I find it absurd. I have friends that I have been coming to this bar with for years that’s are only 24 and I cannot simply shoot a game of pool with them. The rule is asinine, absurd, and outdated. I understand the "young crowd" isn’t exactly the target audience but these are the best and some of the only pool tables around. We don’t want to go to delray or Boca hideaway and play on worse tables for more money. Please go back to the Last Resort I know and love!

Went here Sunday night with my best friend. Played towards the back on 9 foot official size table. Music was nice, vibe was great. If you want drinks though you must go to the bar, but bar maid was very friendly. Only $6.00 per hour to shoot pool here in the 9 foot tables..75 cents per game on bar box tables. Maybe my only small complaint was they allow smoking in here (we are non-smokers). Other than that, place was clean and people were chill and having a good time. Good vibes! We played 2 hours, she had 2 cocktails, I had one bottle of water, $26.00. Very reasonable! We will definitely be back! Leyla behind the bar is THE BEST! Open until 2am.

I have always enjoyed coming here to play pool, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Upon entering, I was immediately screamed at by Pam for my ID before I even had a chance to take my wallet out. I waited for the bar to open, only to be kicked out and told I was not allowed back—along with my Black friends—without any valid explanation. I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED!!!! This was a humiliating and deeply upsetting experience that felt discriminatory. No customer should be treated this way. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and its commitment to fair and respectful customer service. I truly hope the management addresses this issue seriously, as racism and poor treatment have no place in any establishment.

Nice bar and awesome pool tables! They have small ones and large regulation size tables. Prices are very decent.

Get rid of the stupid 25+ rule and I’ll get rid of this review. I’m a local and I love pool, being 24 and getting kicked out is ridiculous

Fantastic dive bar!! Jenny was amazing and funny. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Drinks were cold and strong. Best prices being so close to the beach. One of the only smoking bars in the area. Will be back!!! Thank you!!!

Short, chubby, rude, blonde bartender took about 30 minutes to even acknowledge me. Serves multiple of my friends without IDing them. Asks for my ID, which I provide a valid ID showing I am of age. And for some reason decided to deny me? Does not state the fact that I have to leave the building. I assumed I was just not able to drink. Then 30 mins later walks over and unprofessionally tells me I can’t even be there. Very slow service. Unprofessional and biased. Pretty sure she was drunk too, could barely take orders properly and explain why I needed to leave.
