Diva Royale Drag Queen Dinner, Brunch & Cabaret Show Fort Worth

Do not EVER purchase from these people. Via Groupon, StubHub, whichever. They will cancel their shows TWICE LOL (cancelled two days before, rescheduled us, then cancelled again the day OF.) they claim it was because of low ticket sales at first, then it became "issues with the venue" and then say they’ll refund you via the third party you paid through (I paid through Groupon. This has left a sour taste in my mouth with Groupon. I won’t be buying services through them again; they seem to let just anybody sell their crap on there.) and they have not refunded me the $152 whatsoever. From the looks of other reviews, I’m not the only person they’ve done this too. I’ve been asking for a refund for nearly TWO WEEKS now. Josh has been less than helpful, check the photos I’ve attached. I’ve finally went ahead and disputed the charge with my bank because I do not expect them to help me whatsoever. I’m assuming they’re trying to keep that money and haven’t even told Groupon about the cancelled show. It’s nothing but a scam. I’ll also be putting in a report to the Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot to warn others because this has been absolutely absurd and unprofessional and the worst customer service experience I have EVER had.

I bought VIP tickets in January 2024 for the Diva Royale Drag Queen Show in Fort Worth for the evening of June 15th. This was a birthday celebration and gift for a great friend. When we arrived at the venue, 425 Commerce St, FTW, this is Hyenahs comedy club. The front door worker said he didn’t know why this show was using their address for their show. There was no such show at this location. When I called the number on the Diva Royale website, a female only then told me that show was cancelled. I received no notice, no email, no phone call…nothing. I was told to respond to my confirmation email to request a refund. There was no such option. I had to contact StubHub, who issued the tickets, but they had no notice of a canceled show and would not assist in establishing a refund. I will never entertain the idea of seeing any show associated with Diva Royale Drag Queen Show. I highly caution anyone from purchasing event tickets from this company for THIS show. You may be stuck with $400 in event tickets with no one trying to explain a reason for a show cancellation on a moments notice with no cancellation communication or offering any sincere assistance in securing a refund. Do not trust this company to provide the service you purchase.

This place is fraudulent do not buy! They sell tickets to a drag show and male strip for the same night and time, which noyh are the Hyenas Comedy address. I was planning a Bachelorette party and put it together. its a New York number too when you call for information. Do not fall victim. I actually figured out the fraud before I bought tickets thank goodness.
