Kress Speakeasy

Despite moving away from Greeley three years ago, the Speakeasy is still my favorite bar. It's a lovely little place. I miss being able to visit it on the weekends, but such is life. I do try to visit everytime I come back to Colorado. Just make sure you know that seating is limited and sometimes you may not be able to get in right away, but if you do, please enjoy. HUZZAH!

Kress is back open!! You enter as though you're going to the theater but instead go down the steps. Flick the light switch on! Someone will come grab you to go in. The cocktails are all phenomenal. They also have a small menu with a few bites and chocolate chip cookies. Yum!

One of the best places to grab a drink. Very laid back. Usually pretty quite. Staff is friendly and drinks are good.

We went last night for the first time. It was jazz night. The drinks were smooth and perfectly blended. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was delightful and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Very good drinks, great customer service, relaxing, perfect place to take the wife for a romantic date! We definitely will be going back!

Beautiful, cozy bar that harkens back to Prohibition with the "secret" vibe. Inconspicuously located in the basement of the Kress Cinema, one would have to turn on a light before being let into the bar. Then, the bartender lets you in personally. You’re then greeted with a wonderfully intimate, excellent cocktail bar with gentle lighting and candlelight. Alec is a great server and made me feel super welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back to have another King Kong!

Loved the drinks and the vibe here. If you can get a chair at the bar, watching the bartenders mixing skills is quite a show.
