Thank you so much for helping with my tire replacement you gentlemen are a God send. I will definitely be coming back when I need anything. You guys keep doing what you are doing and stay blessed!!

Brandon always takes care of me. I followed him from his last location because he service is so great. I take all of my families cars to him my kids and my own. Keep up the great work Brandon it’s always a pleasure to work with you especially in good or bad situations such as a nail in my tire to a set of all four new tires on my families vehicles.

Omg Brandon was great. I went to Harker Heights to visit a old girlfriend and they took very good care of us. My girlfriend was feeling vibration in her front tires and I recommended discount tire to her. I am a truck dealer in San Antonio and always use discount tire when we see the tires that are not suitable for our customers on trucks that we purchase from auction or anywhere else we can find a good nice clean carfax.truck. I went In and as soon as I gave them my phone number I was taken in like family. Brandon told me that they were going to balance and rotate your tires for free and we thank Auto Sa Texas llc for your business. I was blown away with the act of compassion. I was there to reconnect with a old flame and to be reunited with a old girlfriend but upon seeing the cars current condition that she was driving I understood it was not fit for a single hard working mother with two girls in highschool. I appreciate you guys very much for feeling the same way. Thank you Brandon and the whole Harker Heights team. Thank you for making our day and I WILL BE PURCHASING MY NEW 18 INCH VOUGE TIRES FOR MY NEW 2025 CAMRY SE HYBRID FROM YOU GUYS. . TY DISCOUNT TIRE

Pulled in to have tire pressures adjusted. This cooler weather has been causing the tires to be under inflated. They offer this service free of charge and the service technicians are also friendly and helpful, even providing recommendations. Finally, regarding other services that may be necessary and detailing a variety of financial options available in order to facilitate the services. I probably would have had them go-ahead, if I had not already had another time commitment in Austin today. Thanks, Discount Tire Technician.

THIS IS A very good business for the Killeen area. The staff are helpful and aware of the customer needs. out of three visits, each staff was on top of the game and motivated to make the customer happy and satisfied! Even the customers that were idiots. A very patience staff. Apparently a good business training model?

Service Quality Concern – Rim Installation I am sharing my experience from a visit to the Harker Heights location on December 31, 2025. I had custom rims installed that I personally purchased to replace my factory rims. When I brought them in, the rims were still in their original factory packaging, with only one box briefly opened to verify contents. After installation, the rims looked good overall; however, I immediately noticed scratches and chipping around the lug nut areas on multiple rims. I brought this to the attention of Max, who then involved Nathan. During that conversation, Nathan made sarcastic remarks suggesting the rims were purchased from Amazon. I found this comment unprofessional and unnecessary, especially as I am a repeat customer who regularly uses this location for tire purchases and service. Max stated he would reach out to someone regarding potential repairs, but I did not feel confident that the issue was being properly escalated or addressed. Given the cost of the rims and the fact that the damage was identified within approximately 30 minutes of installation, it is difficult to conclude that the damage occurred outside of the installation process. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled and would have preferred clearer accountability and a more customer-focused resolution. I hope management reviews this experience and takes steps to ensure better care of customer property and more professional communication moving forward.
