Route 66 Raceway

Great place for a fun day. Easy driver access, good food selection(maybe not the healthiest but hey its a race track). I went down to the washroom when events were running and it was constantly being cleaned and stocked. A really good place for a day in the sun. Unfortunately, the event did end early due to a horrific dust storm that rolled in but that's mother nature, safety for drivers and fans was put first.

For the first timers: you need serious ear plugs here.The parking is on grass if Schweitzer rd and is free!! A 5 minutes walk or you can drop off behind the stadium by entrance is with a wheelchair.The abundant smoke will irritate your throat!! For the organizers: commercials should be played at a lower volume and the games that you are promoting on the screens should be somehow available to wider audience as in sitting audience. Bring your personal water bottle if you don’t wanna pay five dollars for water or $13 for a can of beer. The merchandise is ridiculously expensive -sweater $70. You can enter through the entrances exactly by exit or you can go all the way by the middle of the seals and waiting in a long line to be close up to the presenters. All the action is happening on the side where you can see the screens if you want to see the cars getting warmed up in their pits/tents. we were not able to find our favorite driver by sponsorship. the schedule felt the chaotic to us and we could not understand the dialogue from the screens very well. Overall this is once in a lifetime experience.Some of the seating sections were closed.

Tons of fun! Really exciting show. Family-friendly atmosphere. Easy parking. Reasonable ticket pricing.

Loved it. If you are into fast cars and loud noise, then this is the place. Route 66 NHRA Nationals did not disappoint. Three days of fun in the sun. Make plans now for next year.

Had an awesome day of NHRA with my son despite the rain! Easy access to the track from the interstate, average prices for food and merch, only A-B beers, but great adult lemonade! I'd come back with cheaper ticket prices to get in.

nhra!!! 330 mph cars in less than a quarter mile.. 10k horsepower AWESOME!! Makes the ground shake. Autographs from all the drivers!! Unlike NASCAR.. Sunday is the last day!! Nitro burning motorcycles lol!!! Gotta be crazy to drive one of them. And the flames that comes from the pipes always awesome!!

This was our first time here and ever to a NHRA event. We had a blast. Already got next years tickets.
