A family owned business, run by two incredibly talented and dedicated women of a mother and daughter team, transform Fuego a place you will ALWAYS want to come back to. Hosting several monthly event such as Brunch with BabyDoll, a burlesque show, Flamboyance with Rey Markable, a monthly Drag show. They offer salsa dancing lessons and open floor, they have an incredible HOLIDAY POP UP BAR during the holidays and so much more. I could not recommend this place enough when it comes to being personable, passionate and always top notch service. I would recommend you sending in an inquiry as well for your own private events, because they also offer party rentals! Kandi and Alex offer some of Kansas City’s finest and most fabulous events and always with a great attitude.

One time visit,I played there in a band,people very responsive & respectful.Bar is very nice but more variety beers would be a plus. Sound quality very good due to wood beamed ceiling,two small,one person unisex restrooms,very clean overall.

Food was not well advertised, but cute ideas! Loved the charcuterie cup, Service was slow for drinks, shouldn't take 15-20 minutes after you order for a basic drink, as a bartender of 15 years I just wanted to jump back there and help, you miss a lot of the show... LOVED the water set ups (remember when those are full to loosen the top to allow the flow to flow) I think what these women have, the location, the building, the bar, and the food are all great, just master a few things and I think they will do well!

I was here on 5/23 the kids at the entrance are very rude, I've know this place to be dead but decided to check it out and they charged me for that!! Pathetic, worst $15 ever spent but anyways, paid too peek and yes, it's a dead place. No wonder! Rude kids. If there is no woman there will be no gentleman so no drinking revenue. I had a party of 12 but decided to take them elsewhere. Would of stayed if not for the attitudes. But mainly couples inside, just two single guys.

I had my bachelorette party at Fuego and it was amazing! Kandi and Alex are great to work with and it was so reasonably priced. Food and drink were to die for. The whole vibe of Fuego is incredible

Place just opened last week. Owner used to own Trago Tapas in Liberty, loved that place. They have a good drink selection and stellar whisky /bourbon menu, mezcal, and all your other libations. Was told a speakeasy is coming soon to one portion, and an event space on the other side. Atmosphere is great, and small stage for live music. Saw @joelcastillo there tonight, I will be back!

Love to have another option in the West Bottoms and thrilled to see the wine, whisky, food quality of the old Trago migrate into Fuego. I wish there were a few more food/snack options but what they have is great quality.
