I have been here before and had wonderful service. This time not so much. If you look at the video I shared. the pile of nachos was cold stiff lol. I watched it sit on the warmer for like 10 mins or more. Its all good tho. I took a few bites out of a family members burger and it was so good. I wanted to convince them to eat my nachos instead and I have the rest of that delicous burger. The nachos used to be good here, maybe it was a one off due to the server/ bartender girl being too busy.

The MeatHead Burger was good! Loaded Tots topped it off. Milkshakes were the icing on the cake for a good night out. Game selection was decent. Chill environment. Coming from Texas, this place will definitely be on our list to hit again when we visit.

This place was awesome, the food was delicious and the drinks were awesome! Our bartender Jacynda was very attentive and an absolute pleasure!

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The quesadillas taste like the ones we make at home, the nachos were filling and the tater tots were a fave of everyone’s. The veggie burger was a little dry but that did not take away from everything else. We were greeted within three minutes of sitting down, and our server was nice. The food came quickly too! The games were good. We spent about $25 hours worth of tokens in an hour.

Very loud, overpriced games. Men get pat down but I guess women aren't considered a threat. The tron drink was decent. My brother nearly got his hand scaled in the men's restroom, so use caution, but I guess at least you make sure you have clean hands 😅 . Decor is interesting. There was old and young people there. Weird mix of vibes to be honest.

We spent time at the Las Cruces farmers market and needed something to eat. We walked into Rad and found it was a huge arcade, bar, and grill. If you're looking for a nice quiet place, move on. I love arcades. We had a seat by the grill. Our server was very nice and brought us nice cold beers. We both had the burger and fries. These were very good. As we ate our meal, we watched folks on the Dance Dance game. It was so much fun watching others laughing and playing games. I do have a pic of the urinals and the pic above them. Gotta laugh at their humor.

Today i visited Las Cruces for the first time all the way from Canada. Everyone that i know that has been to Cruces recommended me to go to RAD. My experience at RAD was deeply disappointing and uncomfortable, largely due to the conduct of one bartender Carmen who displayed behavior that came across as blatantly racist and openly rude. From the moment I approached the bar, the tone was hostile and dismissive, in stark contrast to how other patrons were treated. It was impossible not to notice the difference in attitude, service speed, and basic courtesy being extended selectively. Simple requests were met with eye rolls, sharp responses, and an unnecessary level of aggression that felt completely unprovoked. Meanwhile, customers of a different background were greeted warmly, joked with, and served promptly. This inconsistency didn’t feel accidental — it felt intentional, and that’s what made the situation so unsettling. What made matters worse was the lack of professionalism. Bartenders represent the atmosphere and values of an establishment, and in this case, that standard was completely absent. No one should feel belittled or singled out while spending their money and time at a bar, especially in a setting that’s supposed to be social and welcoming. RAD may have the potential to be a great spot, but experiences like this overshadow everything else. Until there is accountability, proper training, and a serious commitment to respectful, unbiased service, I would strongly caution others who expect to be treated with basic dignity and respect. No drink, no ambiance, and no reputation is worth tolerating discrimination. Definitely will not be visiting again i hope this situation is escalated and investigated
