Madera District Fair

I been there recently for the classic car show, very nice. Regarding the carnivals etc I still think need to be better organized.

My husband and I went for the first time in over 30 years. We had a wonderful time. Getting through the maze for parking took a bit, but we were happy because it was right next to the back entrance and had easy exit on the way out. Blue Oyster Cult was the highlight to our evening.

Came out for the pumpkin patch theme that is carnival style. There are 5 rides for teens over 52 inches tall. The swings The black widow The super slide The destructor And ferris wheel Fout rides for smaller kids Spinning cars Super slide Haunted/glass/mirror house Tea cups It's OK.

Was a great show by Blue Oyster Cult, and it was free!! Even the fair admission was free.

There was quite the crowd for a Saturday night. It was great to see such a good turnout for the Madera Fair. There also seemed to be more vendors and the set-up was different. Was easy to see the different vendors and events happening this year. I am looking forward to 2024. I also enjoy entering items to the fair. It is also great to see what other creators are up to. Chase Rice gave a great performance. Would definitely see him in concert again.

Went to Spring Fling VW show here. The event is nice. The location is clean with good parking, lots of room, and decent restrooms. 👌
