Discount Tire

Went in for 2 trailer tires today, Alex was very knowledgeable and talked through options for my specific application. He had me taken care of very quickly and professionally. It is increasingly rare to experience excellent customer service from a real expert...I will definitely use DT for all my tire needs from now on.

Short Version: Excellent Experience All-Around Because the nearest Tesla service center is in Birmingham, I took my Cybertruck here for installation of a full set of tires. Alex and his team were patient and assured me that they had the experience necessary to accomplish the job without any risk to my car. On the phone and on arrival, the staff answered all my questions without any frustration and it was clear that they knew the steps for changing the tires correctly. The main challenges with the Cybertruck are weight and the self-leveling technology. As the manual instructs, the folks at this Discount Tire put the vehicle in jack mode and medium height and went about completing the tire swap. It was fast and done with great care, as I was able to observe through the glass right next to the vehicle. If anyone with a Cybertruck is looking for a place to get the tires changed, do not hesitate to go to this location. The one thing they cannot currently do is alignment on the Cybertruck, so until that changes, stick to Tesla Service Centers for that work.

Fantastic service. We drove up 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night with a dangerous tire looking about to blow. Konoa, the asst manager, helped us get a deal within our budget to keep our family safe on the road. The whole team stayed almost an hour late to fix our car. We will definitely be going back for our future needs and highly recommend.

We almost had a blow out on our RV while traveling! We noticed the driving was bumpy and we rolled into Discount Tire and they inspected our tires. One was so close to separating it was scary! They put a new tire on and balanced another tire. Such a relief to know that our tires are safe now and we can continue our long trip!

I usually don't have a problem with this location. All 3 of my cars come here for tires. Today however I don't know what was the problem. Made an appointment for 3:30 ,but didn't get seen until 4:15 (STRIKE 1) Well while I wait let me get a wheel alignment. The "designated " alignment guy is off today. So you are telling me out of the 4 red shirts and 2 black shirts NOBODY can do a wheel alignment ( STRIKE 2) So about 10 minutes in a red shirt comes to me and shows me a broke stud and informs me that someone cross threaded a lug nut. He proceeds to ask if someone probably changed my brakes recently. I answer no and Inform him that those lug nuts were bought from here and placed on here when I bought the tires NEW from here. So that someone who cross threaded my lugnut works here . Red shirt hurried back into the bay. (STRIKE 3) Now I get my truck back and its leaking air and they trying to tell me my rim bent .IT WASNT BENT AND HOLDING AIR WHEN I CAME IN HERE . (STRIKE 4) Wont be coming here again!!

I would like to give a shout out to Konoa Lyons assistant manager at this location. He went the extra mile to look up the history of the tires on my daughter's car and saved us a lot of money since the tires have a warranty from the previous owner. Thank you so much.

Took almost 3 hours to have two tires installed and alignment checked! Also notice every wheel has scratches, dings, and scuffs on them now! Highly disappointed!
