Trash and Vaudeville

I have been visiting this shop for about 25 years, in its previous location as well as the "new" one. Viva Jimmy Webb! On my last visit I was really pleased to see the place thriving: plenty of subcultural threads to browse. Tons of band T-shirts, fitted/black skinny jeans (they used to be one of the only places I knew of to buy them in the days of yore) & tons of accessories & shoes! I kinda wish they had some vegan footwear, as I was in the market for an updated pair of vegan Chelsea Boots! Love/respect to T&V always 🖤

One of a kind punk fashion store in NYC! The only other place I've seen clothes of such quality and uniqueness was in Tokyo. Quality is great and worth the price, and the staff was super nice and helpful. 10/10 would return next time I'm in the area

Trash and Vaudeville is one of those places that feels like a NYC rite of passage. I went in looking for boots and ended up spending way more time just checking everything out. The selection is great if you’re into punk, goth, or alt styles, and the quality is solid. The staff definitely knows their stuff, though they can come off a little blunt at first. Once I asked questions, they were actually helpful and honest, which I appreciated. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s kind of expected for the brands they carry. Overall, it’s a cool shop with real character and I’d definitely go back, just not expecting a super polished retail experience.

The two young ladies that were helping w/the shoes were very helpful & kind. There's a great selection that I haven't seen anywhere else. The only reason I didn't give 5 ⭐️ was b/c the cashier at the entrance wasnt very pleasant at all...coming or going, after spending about $300 in there.

These clothes are so much fun!! If you are a musician this place is a must!! If you are out in the music scene you have so many funky choices!! Very cool store!!

Took my teen son here because he’s wanted a pair of real Tripp pants forever. The staff was so sweet and nice to him, and helped him find a pair he loved! We drove in from Virginia and it was worth it. Great selection, great service, and a legendary store.

the staff at this store are above and beyond perfection. i was traveling with a friend and we happened to stop in this store on a whim while looking for demonias, docs, etc. and had the most fun in the world! shoutout to nex and the other diva whose name i didn't get (was wearing a beret and loved nine inch nails). they were so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind as my friend figured out what shoes they wanted. i will certainly be back the next time i am in nyc <3
