Da Cave Miami

I wanted to like this place but unfortunately our server was terrible, her name is Stacey. Please do better when it comes to customer service. Training etiquette is a must for the staff .please dear owner do better

Their food is really good and great spot to vibe out and have a great time! The drinks alwaysss hit and Dj Qwon is the best DJ! I always have a great time when he’s working I definitely recommend their pasta and their wings

Brunch was a vibe. I ordered shrimp and grits and OMG!!! Chefs kiss! The music was a tad bit too loud for my liking and the waitress was extremely slow for it not to be busy. Our server was not attentive, AT ALL! We sat at the high top tables across from the bar and I noticed that my "Strawberry D’usse" was made with Hennessy. The server didn’t inform me or ask if I’d like something else. We anticipated trying the seafood egg rolls but she forgot to put the order in. Poor customer service to say the least.

Uughhh … I want my money back, They are so disorganized, no one can sit, not even at the bar getting drinks, you can only sit if you buy a bottle. The staff was rude, what a waste of my time and my money, i will never return.

Food was wayyyyy too salty/overseasoned. Service was extremely slow. All the table girls were on their phones. The music and drinks were good. It was dead for a Saturday night (11pm) so service shouldn’t have been so slow.

After an hour, my food hadn’t come out so i told the unapologetic server, Kels, never mind. Kels told us we needed to spend at least $200 to stay… and we did order $200 worth of items, but nothing came in time. Furthermore, we watched her prioritize bringing out every bottle to the sections instead of us, even though we had spent $200 as she wished. Her lack of empathy and horrible attitude was disgusting. As an -Atlanta native, I’m very experienced in nightlife, and this is by far my worst experience ever. This left a horrible taste in my mouth and I’ll be sure to let everyone know not to visit this sketchy spot again. I don’t know where Da Cave found their employees, but a good bit of them need to be retrained; Kels in particular.

From the moment you step up to the bar, he greets you with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making you feel like a VIP. Not only is he incredibly nice, but he’s also a master at his craft. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail or want to try something new, Xavier knows exactly what to recommend. His drinks are perfectly mixed, and his attention to detail is unmatched. You can tell he truly cares about every guest’s experience, going above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. Also, best magician we’ve ever seen. If you’re at Da Cave, do yourself a favor and let Xavier take care of you. You won’t regret it!
