Great local pub which really steps it up for the holidays. The place oozes Christmas cheer, fully decorated and serving great inspired Xmas cocktails for all palate, including hot beverages and non alcoholic deliciousness. The staff are great to and SUPER fast with service even when the place is fully packed and standing room only. Also great that they have one big aportsing screen but it's easy enough to tune out and enjoy the in-person company. PS - also gotta love their stance on helping to protect our community from ICE. 🙌✊️❤️

Review is late but came here during this past Christmas with a group of 8 of us. I love how this place gets set up for each seasonal themes. They made incredible drinks, vibe is great and the staff is amazing. It was extremely busy that day and somehow the staff was still able to efficiently serve us. I also noticed how someone left their car key and a random guest was auctioning the key for anyone who left it, (I’m sure with good intentions), and the manager was attentive & proactive to grab the key to make sure it went to the rightful owner instead of having keys being publicly announced.

No food here, but the drinks were great and the atmosphere was fun and vibrant!

Gilligans has a bartender named Marissa, she’s absolutely phenomenal. Busy bar, participated in a holiday pub crawl, and she still made it a point to consistently check in with every guest. Drinks were spectacular, & service was impressive. Super cute dive bar, that I would recommend to anyone visiting the Providence area. Very friendly and calm atmosphere. 10/10.

Atmosphere was AMAZING!! Very festive and fun. Sadly the staff didn’t match the atmosphere. A group of us decked in holiday attire went in for some drinks. The drinks were great, prices were decent but the staff’s attitudes were awful. They were so miserable, never once did any of them crack a smile. I don’t normally do reviews since this is my opinion but when I heard 3 other parties talking about the same thing I figured I wrote it. My advice to staff if you don’t like the season or dealing with people maybe you shouldn’t work in a bar. Merry Christmas !!! once

Don’t sleep on this gem! This has something for everyone- chill vibes, games, and great drinks. It honestly has the best wine list I’ve seen since Fortnight closed (thanks to Amanda!). We stopped in on a rainy Saturday and caught a fantastic acoustic Guitarist. You won’t go wrong by stopping by Gilligan’s. It is a great Irish pub. straight to gay and all in-between. Small but fun with games. Always great for a chill night. Wine tasting on Fridays was so much fun. Try the Dells Martini.
