I’m a regular here, which is why this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. The bartenders charged me for their mistake—I was given a drink that was literally just Sprite and ice. I even had two different people try it to confirm there was no alcohol. Instead of correcting the error, I was upcharged and told I’d need to pay for an extra shot to fix it, which doesn’t make sense when the mistake wasn’t mine. Before I even approached anyone myself, a friend asked both the bartender and security about the drink on my behalf. The response from security was dismissive and demeaning, including comments like "I’m not close to him, I don’t care," and scoffing. That kind of attitude is unnecessary. It takes nothing to be polite and professional toward paying customers. I understand the role of security and the need to deal with genuinely disruptive behavior. However, situations like this were not about disorder or intoxication—just a simple service issue that could have been handled calmly and respectfully. When staff default to hostility instead of communication, it pushes regulars away. I’m leaving this review because I enjoy the venue and want to see it improve.

So happy they added a Goth night here on Thursdays! And an '80s night on Sunday. I'd rather keep my money in Riverside county instead of LA. We got cool people here too.

This place was a blast. Super energetic crowd and it honestly felt like something out of a movie. A lot of people showed up, the energy stayed high all night, and even the bottom floor was fun. There was a small mosh pit going that added to the chaos in the best way. Overall, a really fun experience and definitely worth checking out.

This loser SNATCHED my friends water bottle that he had just bought at the smoke shop next door while we were IN LINE and dumped it on the street! Dude takes his job way too seriously. I understand not taking the water in, but bruh we had like 5 min at least before we were gonna get in cause we were IN LINE

Last few times I have visited for goth night on thursdays. The bouncers have been so rude to me I understand there being rules but I am still contributing to their business. I am a person I’m not dumb, and I’m not disrespectful so please stop giving me attitude. Not sure if I will be back.

Probably one of the best spots in DTR. I can't even tell you how spot on the vibes were. Just immaculate. Had me dancing while I wait in line. Great DJ, great vibes!! The owner is extremely hospitable and gorgeous!!! I could only imagine what its like on a festive date! Most definitely will be coming back here.

If I could give a negative I would. When you're with a group of people and the security guard who happens to be female, knows you're with people decides to take you by the hand and sit you outside by the curb with nobody around because you obviously are drunk -huge liability.If something were to have happened to an individual she sat on the curb this would be more than a review. Like who in their right mind does that??? Any professional security guard would have told the person's friend.Take her with you and take her out.Please not left her out for anything to happen to her. To say I am beyond livid is an understatement.
