Seemed clean, charging for parking for a paint and sip event. Shots $14 plus gratuity and 1 beer is $9. Music was ok, this was the complimentary free drink.

Great live band. Went for wine tasting but vendor was a no show. Shrimp tacos were delicious. Amazing and attentive service. DJ Shaolin had the venue popping

This is my first time, and it will definitely be the last time. We had a table, but it still took well over 30 mins for our waitress to come and take our orders. Then there is a random 20% service charge on everything that apparently goes to the house for basically no reason. Apparently the waitstaff says it doesn't go to them. Everything was super overpriced as well. The service was trash, and they were out of several things. This was a busy Friday night, and it was clear they didn't have enough staff to manage the amount of people. Also when I first pulled in the valet said it was $10 then once I got further in to the next person who was taking the money he tried to charge me $20. When I stated that the other person told me a different amount he argued that no one could've told me that but he'll only charge me the amount I was originally told. The band Red Sample was the only reason why I gave them any stars. They were amazing!

Celebrated my birthday here and had a blast! Waitress and management was amazing, drinks and food were great! Music wasn't really our style bcs we picked the wrong night but overall, I highly recommend this spot! Will definitely comeback on a Friday for "my" music!

I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star but I had to, to leave a review. I went to celebrate my birthday and would NEVER EVER step foot in this place again. The customer service is HORRENDOUS!!!! From the management to the lazy rude disrespectful servers this night was trash! Overpriced drinks, mediocre food, bad hookah. My bottle that was part of the reserved section, got brought out at 2:50am and the event ended at 3. On top of that it was some cheap "cook’s champagne that averages for $7. They messed up the tab by mixing up orders and overcharging for items never brought out to the table. Please don’t waste your time or money ever pulling up to this place. They need to be shut down!!!!

The service was immaculate. But the hookah service was some of the worst I've ever had in my life. I have been in the hospitality industry for 20 plus years and have never seen who could service this poor ever. It took over an hour for a hookah girl to even come and fix the hookah that they messed up twice. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment. And I definitely do not recommend it for anyone else to go to.

Do not come to this establishment or the name it's listed under on Google maps, which is Hookah City Lounge. It's next to Cigar City Club for reference. Pulled up around 1 AM on Saturday because it supposedly closes late. The parking lot attendant said it was free to park. Then, my friend and I get to the door and it's $20 each to get in. We walked in and it was super empty! A DJ with no audience. They could've told us the place was DEAD. Still, we inquired about hookah and drinks. We were told they wouldn't close for another 1.5 hrs, so we were trying to decide on a hookah flavor while drinks were made. Bartender made our drinks, another $18 for a small drink in a plastic cup! Then, suddenly the bartender says "I'm sorry about the hookah we are closing now." Closing less than half an hour after my friend and I paid $20 each to get in and ordered overpriced drinks?! Never ever come to this place!!
