What a night! From the moment we sat down, the service and atmosphere were top tier. Will, our bartender, was phenomenal—friendly, quick, and great with drink recommendations. Patrick, our waiter, was just as impressive, checking in with perfect timing and making sure our table never needed a thing. We ordered a little bit of everything—wings, duck linguini, filet mignon, and the Frenchy Burger. All delicious, but let me say it plainly: the Frenchy Burger is the star of the menu. Juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. If you go and don’t order it… you’re missing out. Great food, exceptional service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

The food was amazing. I had the Frenchy burger and it was the best hamburger I have ever tasted! The French fries were so delicious too. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was top notch. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the table. It just needs some adjustments to stop wobbling. Definitely not a deal breaker tho! I highly recommend this little gem!

We love LaLas. Tonight was our first night with Kyra and she made our experience excellent. She was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious, as always, and I would always recommend LaLas for good food. And if you get Clifford as your server you are also in luck. He is a LaLas staple, wonderful, cheerful and anyone is lucky to have him. Perfect neighborhood restaurant with a kitchen that is open late and fun karaoke. Also 1/2 price bottle wines on Wed! We ordered a bottle of wine but without drinks $25-$40 per person.

🥖 We started with the bruschetta. I hadn’t realized it was topped with balsamic vinegar, which I couldn’t eat since it upsets my stomach—but my husband enjoyed it thoroughly. ✨ The star of the show was the jacket steak—flavorful enough to stand confidently on its own. 🍟 The garlic aioli was divine, especially as a dip for the fries. 🧀 The truffle mac and cheese was served at just the right temperature, though the truffle notes leaned a bit too heavy. 🥓 We both truly enjoyed the charcuterie board, which rounded out the experience beautifully.

This place is so cute. Right off the downtown strip, it’s in such a good spot and not only has great food and drinks, but also turns into a fun karaoke bar at night. Whether it’s busy or quiet, it seems like the type of spot where you’re only going to have a good time. This was my first time coming here, and the two dishes I tried did not disappoint. The meatballs had such a rich, bold flavor—super tender and seasoned perfectly. The linguine was just as impressive, cooked to the right texture and packed with flavor in every bite. Honestly, the food was a solid 10/10. The only thing that threw me off a little was the service. It wasn’t awful, but it did feel a bit slow and awkward at times. Nothing major, just kind of whatever. Luckily, the food completely made up for it and carried the whole experience. All in all, I’d definitely come back—whether it’s for another plate of pasta, a fun karaoke night, or just to hang out in the lively atmosphere.

We celebrated my friend’s 21st birthday here and had an amazing time! We booked a private karaoke room for our group of nine, and it was super spacious and comfortable. We had a blast from start to finish. Our server, Eathan P., was incredible—he checked on us regularly, kept our drinks topped off, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was fantastic, and Eathan truly helped make the night special. Highly recommend!

Walking into the restaurant, it was raining, but we had to stand in the rain for a few moments while the man that opened the door for us from the outside, had a conversation with the girl on the inside of the restaurant. Once we stepped in and to the hostess station, we had to stand there for a bit longer for them to finish their conversation before we were actually greeted. We were a little early for our 6:30 reservation but they had a table available so they sat us in the middle of the row of tables along the front glass of the restaurant. The dining room is really small with so many tables shoved in the small space that you have to side step and shimmy through the chairs of diners to get to your table or the restroom. Our waiter was nice and friendly and took our drink and app orders quickly but we didn’t see him much more through the night at our table. Him and a few of his colleagues spent most of the evening at the end of the bar watching the Bucs game. Calamari app came out quickly. Probably because it was frozen, pre-breaded restaurant supply type calamari. Just ok. Definitely not worth the $17 or $18 price tag. It took our waiter a bit to take our entree order, so we waited a bit for our dishes to come out, but not too long. We both ordered the mushroom risotto and added grouper. $28. Risotto was cooked well and the mushrooms were delicious, but the dish was so overly salty that it wasn’t as enjoyable as it could have been. Grouper was disgusting. Dry, overcooked, and the flavor was terrible. All you could taste was smoke and char, no seasoning, a flavor akin to licking a dirty grill grate at the end of the night. I was shocked at how bad it was. Later that night, we came back to experience the private karaoke rooms and we had a really great time doing that. Our host was attentive but not overly bothersome and we had a blast. The price was $150 for 2 hours in the small room but I would do it again. In my opinion, lala should focus on the bar and karaoke aspect of the business and forget the "fine dining" part because the food just missed the mark on every level.
