If you need a venue for your party look no further. Eve Ultra Lounge hands downs out did themselves helping me to plan and celebrate my 60th Birthday Hoedown. I rate the service, bartenders, food, venue, DJ, Photograher, staff and the hostess a 10 plus. They went above and beyond to make sure the party ran smoothly. They pay so much attention to detail by making sure all is set properly and that I was happy. All my guests raved about the food and music. They love the decor of the venue. I highly recommend the venue for all party needs. My party was a western theme and they made sure the mechanical bull was set before guest arrived and hostess made sure everyone was having a good time or if they needed anything. My birthday celebration was perfect. I would have all parties there. The owner was amazing and helped with suggestions. All my guests had so much fun. Almost week later and they are still talking about my party.

We hosted my daughter’s Sweet 16 here, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The venue was beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. The maître d’ was attentive and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was perfect. A special thank you to Gian Carlo, who truly made the entire event run smoothly and stress-free. Bryan, the owner, was professional, accommodating, and made sure everything was handled with care, while Kristina, the maître d’, was absolutely amazing — attentive, organized, and on point the entire event. Their hands-on approach made the entire process stress-free and allowed me to actually enjoy the celebration. The space was beautiful, the food was good, and the overall vibe was perfect for a special occasion. We had our engagement party at Eve Ultra lounge in March and it was everything we hoped for and more! We were looking for a cocktail-style party with an upscale lounge feel — something classy but fun, where people could dance all night and enjoy great food & drinks. Eve delivered all of that and then some. The venue itself is a hidden gem — modern, elegant, and the perfect balance of lounge vibes and celebration energy. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the hors d’oeuvres and overall quality. The dance floor was packed all night, and the energy in the room was electric. Kristina, the Maitre D, was absolutely amazing — organized, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect, she went above and beyond. Giancarlo, the owner, was also a pleasure to work with — professional, accommodating, and clearly passionate about delivering a top-tier experience. If you’re even thinking about having your event at Eve — go see it, and book it, it truly is a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed. Our engagement party was unforgettable.

While visiting Staten Island, I asked around for a good healthy restaurant and this place came highly recommended. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The space is large, clean, and very welcoming. What really stood out to me was the variety on the menu — there are great options for vegetarians, vegans, and even halal choices, which made me very happy to see. I would definitely recommend this spot to friends or anyone visiting Staten Island.

We had my sisters 50th Birthday party at Eve. It was the best party EVER. It was the perfect venue but the staff brought it over the top. Kristina is so amazing and cared about me and my guests like we were family. The whole staff is amazing. The DJ was off the hook and the music had people dancing the entire time. Bartenders are awesome. I got compliments about the food all night. I couldn’t be happier!!

As a vendor, I can’t express enough how comfortable I feel decorating this hall. The staff is incredibly kind, and both Cristina and the owner are absolutely amazing. The venue itself is beautiful, and they always go above and beyond to ensure everything is sparkling clean before any event. I highly recommend them!
