Culver’s

This is a Culver's, you get tasty burgers and cheese curds as you would expect. My son's school does regular fundraising nights here that always go smoothly. I can only think of one time there was an unusually long wait and it had to do with a machine malfunction and the staff gave everyone waiting a coupon for free frozen custard on their next trip, but what really sets this place over the top is the customer service I got this last weekend. My family of four came in and our youngest became randomly upset for reasons that only make sense to a 3 year old. It very quickly became a "we have to get this food to-go" situation, so when our food arrived I asked for bags to take it home while my husband got our daughter in the car. Between frozen custard and drinks and food bags my arms and my son's arms were quite full, and a staff member offered to help us out to the car. Only after getting home did I realize that he'd put two Culver's stuffed animals in the bags for my kids. What an incredible act of kindness!!! I wish I hadn't been so distracted because I didn't catch the young man's name, but I'm very thankful to the Woodbury Culver's staff. The food is always the yummy you expect and the service is always great, but when things didn't go exactly to plan, they really stepped up to help. THANK YOU!

Went inside to order due to drive thru being so long. Ordered 2 bowls of chili supreme. Took the girl at least 2 minutes to enter the order. Stood by the registers with a number clearly visible. Ten minutes later a guy walks by us and into the parking lot searching for our number. A couple minutes later after cruising the dining room comes up and hands us our food. Got home 7 minutes later and the bowls I ordered were cups, one of the chili supreme onions were missing and the chili was room temperature. Usually I could drive 20 minutes and it’s still piping hot. Unfortunately I think that the owners (of all Culver’s) do not work on quality control much anymore. It seems about 25% of the time my orders are wrong, missing or cook issues.

Our local Culver's is very nice. The food is delicious. They publish their nutrition info, which I really like. They keep it pretty clean in my experience. We mostly do drive-through when we are in a Culver's mood, but it's nice enough to sit inside or on the patio weather permitting. Chicken 🐔 sandwiches 🥪 and tenders are our favorites. If you like sweet treats, they've got you covered with their custards.

5 stars all around. Stellar management! Always going above and beyond to make sure your experience is top notch. Food never disappoints being hot and tasty. The whole restaurant is clean and maintained with utmost care. Exemplary service with management consistently walking the floor greeting, delivering food, cleaning, working the drive thru and everything else. Never have to think twice about choosing Woodbury culvers. Two thumbs up!

Excellent service, super clean everywhere, and the custard was outstanding. I hadn't been to a Culver's in years (none near me in the south) so I was really pleased at how great this place was. They have an amazing array of toppings, but I'm a fan of just pure vanilla and this was even better than I remember.

They have a decent veggie burger, I like that it’s not a fake meat impossible burger. Their root beer floats are so good. All the staff has always been friendly every time I’ve visited.

A mushy mess. I wanted a cod sandwich. Employee with an accent says "we have walleye." Cod is on the menu. Walleye is not. I asked what I should know about the walleye sandwich. He had a hard time with providing typical menu info. My mistake...I ordered the walleye sandwich. Long wait. It was a mushy mess. Served on a soft (not taosty) bun with lettuce and sauce. The lettuce was hot...cooked. ick. Mixed with the tasteless sauce, it made a soupy stew. Double ick. The "walleye" tasted fishy, maybe because it was still covered with skin. There were some bones too. There was nothing, absolutely NOTHING appealing about this sandwich. For $9, they could do better. Never again.
