Earls Kitchen + Bar

I was so pleasantly surprised—everything was amazing. The food was delicious, and the drinks were perfect. Our server, Alashae, was amazing and made the experience even better. Just a heads-up: you do need to put your name and credit card down to secure a table, but the process was super easy and quick. We got a table within 10 minutes on a Friday night, which honestly isn’t bad at all. I highly recommend staying a little longer for happy hour drinks—the cocktails were so good. I ordered the spicy pasta, blackened chicken, and some ribs, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Shoutout to Spencer, he was incredible he provided great service and attentive. Everything was awesome! Chillin vibe, great food with good value on Happy hour. I love the Salmon crispy sushi and the little fries & steak. The korean bbq ribs are bomb as well Also at the end of the night we asked Spencer to get us drinks on his choices and we got exactly our favorite!! Great night and definitely coming back

I celebrated my birthday here and was great full to experience. If i have a chance to come back, I would and recommend this for a friend and family. The ambience and service was great. Our server dinner at Oct 10 was amazing. He can explain the better and more. And I am thankful for his service and my family was very grateful. the only thing is the parking. You gave to park at the mall and walk all the way out from crate and barrel or Nordstrom if you get confused near Starbucks.

I had such a wonderful experience at Earls Kitchen + Bar thanks to our amazing server, Rachel! She was so kind, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of from start to finish. All of her recommendations were perfect, and she checked in on us just the right amount without ever making us feel rushed. Rachel has such warm, positive energy — she really made our night feel special. Thank you, Rachel, for the great service! We’ll definitely be coming back because of you.

The place is located near Bellevue Square. We were lucky enough to be able to walk to it. But if you were driving there is a parking garage nearby. Before coming here I looked at their menu and was surprised to see that this is labeled as an "American" restaurant because they have different varieties of food. From steak, to pasta, to bibimbap. The food we ordered were all amazingly delicious. It’s a bit pricey but I’d say it’s worth it. From the starters or appetizers menu I ordered the crispy chili tofu. I love the sauce, it paired very well with the tofu. If you like Asian food and happen to be here the Bibimbap is very good. You get that experience of having the slightly burned bottom rice from the pot. I also added my tofu to it which made it even better. My friend order the spicy Calabrian Pasta. She loved it, but she thinks it should be served hotter (temp wise). She said that is a personal opinion (smiling). They have an awesome beverage selection: wine etc… haha. The service was great. When we came we were seated within 10 minutes. And our server Bryn, I think was here name, came right away. She was lovely. It took us minute to order but once we did, the food came right away. The Ambiance is beautiful, great decor and dim lighting. Could be a great spot for a date night or group parties. I believe I saw a room for an event space looked nice in there. Almost looked like a wine tasting room but I didn’t ask.

Had such a great happy hour at Earls Bellevue! From the start, the hostess team (Ava and Gaby) were super friendly and welcoming, and our server Allana was amazing - attentive, upbeat, and made sure we had everything we needed. Food came out crazy fast and everything was delicious. The Korean ribs were easily the star of the night. So good! We also tried the truffle fries, charred corn + avocado dip, Nashville crispy chicken bites, shrimp and pork dumplings, and steak fries. For dessert, the bourbon pecan pie and sticky coffee chocolate pudding were the perfect sweet finish. On top of that, half-price drinks during happy hour made it an even better deal. Great food, fast service, and such an awesome team. Definitely coming back!

What really made the evening special, though, was our server Ashley. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her warm personality truly elevated the entire dining experience. Outstanding service like hers is the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Earls — and especially Ashley!
