This is the best massage location. They not only fixed my back and neck issues but are incredibly affordable with a concierge approach. You can pick your massage therapist and additional add ons specific to your needs. The therapists are highly skilled and treated well by Elements which is good for customer care. They are all excellent and I highly recommend. The reception team; s fantastic too and very festive!

The facilities are great. The front office staff are always warm. And there are lots of great massage therapists at Elements but I have to call out Mel specifically because she is AhMAZING. For me, Mel always delivers massage that is super relaxing and knot melting at the same time. I also love her positive and radiant energy. As much as I could gate-keep her so that her schedule isn't too booked up for me, I have to share her with the world so she gets as many clients as possible because she deserves it 🙂

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was an exception. I had a terrible massage experience here, the massage therapist is named Nez. She asked me from the start "are there any specific areas you would like worked on more" I replied "yes my mid to lower back." When she was performing the massage she probably touched my mid to lower back 2 times through the whole session and she didn’t even have medium pressure, it was very subtle. It was disappointing because I really wanted my lower and mid back to be worked on as that is where I was experiencing the most pain and she totally avoided it. I just don’t avoid the massage therapist nez but I do recommend the place elements massage in general as it is a very nice place. And Nez was definitely a sweetheart but if you’re gonna ask someone if they need a specific part they need worked on then please follow through with it.

Can't recommend it more. Every massage has been great, and the workers seem to love working there too. Scheduling is easy and they are very accommodating.
