My sister and I visited Elevation Spa recently, and I want to start by saying the customer service was excellent ‍♀️✨ Hannah, who assisted me, was very professional, attentive, and kind throughout the service. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and I truly appreciated her care and professionalism That said, I do want to share some honest feedback about the package itself. I booked the Elevation Ultimate 90-minute package, which included the Elevation Deluxe. Unfortunately, the services I received did not fully match what was advertised. I chose the detox facial, but what I received felt more like a basic facial with standard steps such as cleansing, exfoliation, steam, massage, and a sheet mask. As someone familiar with skincare treatments, it didn’t align with what I would expect from a detox facial ‍♀️ The hair portion was also underwhelming. It appeared to be a shampoo done twice, and I wasn’t informed of any treatment or mask being applied. I originally found this spa through social media, and while the promotions online look very appealing ✨, the actual services included in the package did not reflect what was advertised. The spa does offer a wide range of services, including nails, massages, and facials ‍♀️, and the staff is kind and accommodating. Others may have had a different experience, but this review is based entirely on my own experience and observations. While the customer service was great, I personally would not book one of the package deals again.

I had a wonderful 90-minutes of absolute bliss. Loved the complimentary drinks and the tiramisu. The owner was such a sweet lady! I felt so welcomed the first moment I stepped into the salon. For the massage, both Hannah and Anna did an incredible job. Anna spent her time on my massages and she didn't rush through it. That was everything I wanted from a head + body massage. Everything was so relaxing and I loved all of the scalp, shoulder, and foot massages. My head and body felt so light after the treatment. Hannah was so friendly, I love her personality, skills, and customer service. She was attentive and professional. I would recommend friends and family to go here whenever they want to treat themselves

WOW!!! I saw this Headspa on Tiktok and decided to go with my husband and a family member as their birthday gift. It was AMAZING!! Tiana, Jolie, and Lia did an incredible job! Very luxurious, new, and relaxing facility. The workers take their time to make sure you feel welcomed and catered to. They provide size inclusive robes so you can have a nice spa experience without worrying if the cover will fit. It is a great place to go to if youd like to treat a friend, family, or yourself! ‍♀️

Had a mother and daughter spa day. Did the VIP. It was 2 hours of absolute bliss. The face, scalp, shoulders, and leg massages was an unexpected treasure on top of the facial and scalp treatments. It came with a drink at the end. Must try the matcha coconut drink. Now what made our experience a 10 star event (could only give them 5 ) was the customer service! Lia and Jolie were wonderful, attentive and truly made our experience a relaxing and memorable one. When checking out, I told the owner to charge me extra for mine and my daughter’s long hair. She told me to just add it to the tip of her ladies. I was impressed bt the consideration shown to her employees. It was nice to see. This place is clean and has luxurious spa vibe. Everyone was kind and polite. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back!

BEST HEAD SPA I’VE TRIED I’ve tried a few of the popular head spas around OC like VHead and Nirvana, and honestly this one ended up being my favorite. I went on a weekday so it was 20% off, which already felt like a win, but the treatment itself was actually really good. Lisa took her time with everything… the scalp massage, the warm towels, even the face and shoulder part felt way better than what I’ve gotten at the other places. The room was quiet, the chair was super comfortable, and I actually fell asleep for a bit during the steam section. My hair felt clean and soft after, not over-oiled like I’ve had before. I came out feeling way lighter and super relaxed. Definitely coming back.

It was my first time at Elevation Spa and will not be my last! Came here for a friend's birthday celebration. They greeted us with a menu of drinks. I got a Margarita, which was delicious. The head spa itself was the best experience of my life! My girl, Hannah, has the best hands ever! She started with a facial and some aroma therapy. She really got into my knots and gave the best massage. The hair wash was so relaxing. My hair has never felt so soft and shiny! I will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend. Thank you Hannah for making me feel so relaxed .

I recently booked the VIP head spa experience as a birthday gift for my girl friend, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable and relaxing gifts she said herself she could have asked for. From the moment we walked in, the sensational aromas and soothing music set the perfect tone—calming, inviting, and unwind. My masseuse had truly magical hands. Every movement melted whatever tension my body had, and it was one of those rare sessions where you lose all track of time because you’re so completely at ease. The experience was topped off with a complimentary drink, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the entire visit feel even more luxurious. As a longtime customer, back when it was still Cerritos Nail & Spa, I was absolutely blown away by the transformation. The upgrade in atmosphere, top quality equipment & instruments, and the prime new location is remarkable. Not to mention the amazing nail techs who have always given such quality service (*shout out, Vanessa!). It feels like the place leveled up in every possible way while still keeping the warmth and familiarity I’ve always loved.
