I had the most amazing facial experience here truly a 10/10 from start to finish. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, calming, and so clean. The esthetician was gentle and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their skin. Patience the owner is super kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I left feeling relaxed, glowing, and already excited to come back. Highly, highly recommend this spa!

Being along Ashland, it’s easy to miss, but I’m glad I didn’t. The space is such a nice reprieve from the busy crazy world outside. It’s very peaceful and tranquil. I went in for a facial as the season is changing. Kaila was my esthetician and she was very gentle and informative, giving me suggestions for maintaining healthy skin. It was a very nice experience and I left feeling rejuvenated with my glow up. The owner was so sweet and you could feel how genuine she is about delivering a quality spa experience. They just opened in January and I really want them to stick around so go and see them if you’re looking for a very welcoming comfortable facial experience without any of the pretentious feelings I’ve had at other spa spaces!

I had an amazing experience at EmeraldIvory. Kaila gave me the signature facial and I felt like I was a princess! She was gentle & explained the process as she went, I was glowing when l left! Patience did a wonderful job on the decor. The space is beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Patience Was soooooo comforting!!! Very informational. You think you dont want anyone in the room w/ you when in an "awkward position" lol but she did a great job coaching & letting me know what to look and feel for. She's great & I will proudly be back to support this black owned business for sure!
