They have so much to offer here with such a great staff! I joined Jen’s bootcamp and I got some of the best workouts in and she’s even there to support you through any form of wellness from physically, mentally and spiritually. I also met with Marita for a 3-D Body Scan session where it was able to pinpoint where i had any deficit’s, what my metabolic rate was and many other things that have been affecting my body. I love the center!!

Great calm vibe. Jennifer has been a great coach. The staff she has at the spa are all friendly and helpful. I am currently working with Dr. Marita and I am looking forward to learning how to age gracefully or at least without too much pain.

EnerG Wellness is the place you want to go to feel good from the inside out. The calm relaxing atmosphere enhances the signature circuit which includes oxygen bar, detox foot bath and sauna. They offer so many wonderful healing treatments, I can not stay away!

I loved the circuit combo! The Oxygen Bar was great! The foot bath while sitting in the massage was so relaxing and then finished it off in the sauna for a complete detox! I am looking forward to doing it again this week.

A magnificent, serene spa tucked away in Pedro. I absolutely love this place! If you’re in need of energy clearing, I highly recommend a Reiki session with Mako. She facilitated the opening of a couple of blocked chakras and since then I’ve been vibrating high; I’m Looking forward to my next session.

This is my happy place. Everything that is offered here is a benefit to your mind, body and soul. I leave happier, energized and feeling better about myself. I have a long way to go but they have the tools and the people to help me. I learn about the goings on inside my body and how to eat better, how to move better and how to take care of myself. The IV infusions have kept the flu from getting to me. The hyperbaric chamber is my Favorite thing here! I love to crawl in and take a nap and oxengenize my brain. The infrared sauna is amazing, hot, but amazing! Go in and take a look around. Meet Jen, Dr G and Dr. Marita. They will change your life for the better. Drink water, get some oxygen and start the process. It's worth it!

I booked a reiki session with Mako and will admit that I was nervous and apprehensive as a first timer but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from beginning to end. Her assessment afterwards of what she felt energetically was spot on to what was going on in my life. Her self-care recommendations have been extremely helpful to alleviate stress and anxiety around challenges I've been experiencing. Thank you Mako! I will be booking again.
