Fascinations

Santina was such a nice person to me and was very helpful to me while I was in the store. I was only picking up an online order and she immediately greeted me upon entering. She was helpful in finding the online orders I placed and even when the extra mile to make sure products delivered were clean and sealed brand new. She was so nice to me I decided to stay and look around some more. She was kind enough to make sure that the toy I ordered only takes water lube and I obliged by telling her I already use Woo Hoo water based coconut lubricant. I ended buying something else again on the way out because I found some thing else I wanted. Santina I think is a Top Tier Employee that goes above and beyond to be helpful.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me and my friends as soon as we walked in, instantly making all of us feel comfortable — which is so important in a shop like this. She had such a friendly, approachable vibe and never once made us feel awkward or rushed. I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all; instead, she listened to what we were looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and answered every question without judgment. You can tell she genuinely cares about making customers feel at ease and helping them find exactly what they need. She made the entire experience fun, stress-free, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be looking for Sarah every time.

Best adult store I’ve ever been to. Has anything you need, store is incredibly clean and spacious. Sections and organization make sense. Most of all, staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Tamia for helping us get everything we needed for our trip.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience coming in tonight! Sarah helped us so much. We’ve never had such a great experience with an employee helping us before. She knew so much about every product we were interested in, and not just basic information, like she knew very specific knowledge on products, and we were super happy with our trip in tonight! We left with so many new items that we can’t wait to try! We definitely will be back soon to get what we couldn’t tonight and to see if Sarah has any new products to tell us about! Also, the best part- she helped so much making my girlfriend feel comfortable picking out outfits! She ended up buying four of them! We are very happy with our experience! Thank you Sarah !
