Family fun - we enjoy the nature and yet do choose to the excitement of all the Disney parks. Golf carts essential to get around. Bikes . You can get between parks through the buses at the stops. Enjoy campfire time. Beautiful pool. Restrooms clean. Laundry area available. Camp market. Playgrounds for children. Family friendly.
This years stay in the 300 loop was disappointing. First 2 weeks of October. Seems like the campground rules are discarded. Little to no maintenance at convenience stations, no security enforcement. Parks enjoyable as always, but likely our last stay close to big events or holidays.
Check in was a mess, something got messed up and we spent about an hour and a half checking in, but the staff was pretty good to deal with. Got to our cabin, nice layout, beds are fairly comfortable, good size bathroom and kitchen. One issue with the cabin was (and I know you don't come to Disney to sit in the cabins) the cabin can sleep 6 just fine, but it's not good for 6 people to hang out and take a break from the heat, it's just not very comfortable. I have read a lot about the air conditioning struggling but we've found as long as the curtains are shut it stays pretty nice during the day, we actually disliked the bedroom wouldn't get cool enough at night. The room comes with a keurig, coffee and tea. There are bus stations every so often through the camp ground, but honestly this place is too big and kind of a pain without a golf cart which we opted out of (an extra 75 a day) and instead wasted a decent bit of time walking to and from bus stops. The settlement area and pools don't offer parking, so you only have the option to rent a cart or bus. The pools are pretty good and quiet, and the laundry is free. It wasn't too bad here but I definitely won't be staying here again.
The place is beautiful, well kept as we would expectativa for a Disney property, there’s plenty of activities to do, the place is self t, it’s a dog friendly location, the facilities are great, roads are shared with golf carts and bikes in some areas.
Wonderful experience, horseback riding, archery, fishing, canoeing. This was a great experience and without paying any additional entrance fee to a Disney park, just a fee for your experience, wonderful.
We LOVE coming to this resort. It's one of our favorite resorts at WDW. So much for the kids to do. The Trails End Restaurant has yummy fried chicken, pizza, hamburgers, and other fixings. I'm so glad they changed it to a quick service restaurant. It's so much more affordable. I highly recommend this place.
Great resort, very challenging getting larger RVs and trailers throughout the park. It’s great that there’s a boat that will take you to magic kingdom, and if you jump on a team you can get to Epcot as well. Very nice pool and splash pad, great activities for kids. Also your parking pass works for all the parks as well which is very convenient. Grounds are clean and well kept.
