Freedom Boat Club is one of the best decisions we ever made. Worth every penny. The boats are newer models, very clean. The staff is always courteous, professional, and ready to help. We are excited to try some other locations.

Freedom Boat Club is the best way to "own" a boat. No maintenance worries, no problem getting a boat when you want one, lots of different places to explore with clubs located nationwide and overseas. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. The boats are recent models (one or two years old) and in beautiful condition. We just took out a 23' Key West bow rider and it is a great boat!

The facility was great, easy to get to and well maintained. The boat was clean and all instruments were working, yay! Nick was AWESOME, very friendly and gave great suggestions of where to go explore. It was a perfect reciprocal experience

Freedom Boat Club Julington Creek East location hits a home run once again. Our dock hand Caroline was on point and did an excellent job having our boat ready for an amazing day on the water. Nick helped us out the day before switching locations with ease due to the small craft warnings we anticipated at the Camachee Cove location. Thank you for making boating so easy and enjoyable! If you are not a member yet you are missing out!!

I went out of the Beach Boulevard location on November 6 (on a reciprocal reservation). It was my first time there. Plenty of convenient parking and wagons for gear. There is also a good bait and tackle store .2 miles away so you can get your bait on the way. The check-in and boat rundown process was quick and efficient. The dock crew also gave some great ideas on where to go fishing and there is a small laminated map that shows places to fish on the ICW. The boat (Key West 203 with Yamaha 150) was in great shape and ran well. We went out fishing, caught some keepers and the checkout process was quick and easy. Overall great location and we will be back.

I’ve been a loyal corporate member of Freedom Boat Club for many years, but what they’ve done recently has left me completely shocked and heartbroken. A member on our corporate account — only 36 years old — suffered a major stroke and was in the ICU fighting for her life. While she was hospitalized, I received an email from Freedom Boat Club stating that they were going to terminate her membership. I begged them to pause or hold the membership until I could speak with her, as she was in critical condition. They refused. I got upset — as anyone would in that moment — because I couldn’t believe how cold and unprofessional their response was. Instead of showing empathy, Freedom Boat Club turned around and canceled my own membership, claiming I said "the wrong thing" because I was upset about my friend being in the ICU. They also kept my $8,000 down payment, refusing any compensation or refund. This is not how a company that values its members should act. When people are going through medical emergencies, compassion should come before corporate policy. I want others to know my experience before joining. Freedom Boat Club needs to take a hard look at its leadership, customer service, and how it treats long-term members during difficult times

I highly recommend Freedom Boat Club, they have a great selection of boats and locations, they provide excellent training, the boats are very new and well maintained, and best of all the employees are very knowledgeable and customer friendly and good people who care about your experience. For me and my family it has been a pleasure and meets our boat needs in an affordable way!
