Mother's Lounge

We had my daughter’s pre wedding party at Mother’s Lounge. The service was great. They accommodated all of our needs for a 4 hour private time. Drinks and food were excellent. Staff were friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend this venue .

Mother's lounge is the best new dance bar! Everyone is welcome there. They have bingo nights and drag nites and karaoke nights! They also have fundraising nights that are really special to give back to the community! They're downstairs is a great dance bar with fun lights. And certain spots you can get a great air conditioning blow! Beyoncé could never! LOL The upstairs is like a beautiful suave lavender lounge. Kind of vibe! Great drinks. Great service and they even have great mocktails! Also if you get a wristband from mother s. Then you can get into a couple of the other bars downtown as well!

Clean, stylish, colorful. The rainbow hallway is photoshoot worthy, the disco ball and mirrored walls echo a 70’s vibe while the music and projector screen bring you right into the moment. Montana was incredibly friendly behind the bar and made this centrally located downtown bar extremely inviting. A unexpected gem for a visitor.

I am really so happy I was able to go to Mother's! It was my first time and everyone was so welcoming and kind. And ofc Santana was GORGEOUS

Best bar in Baton Rouge, hands down! Mother’s Lounge is more than just a bar — it’s a whole experience. The staff and ownership are the heart of the place — Montanna and Trent go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and seen. Whether you’re flying solo or rolling deep with friends, you’ll feel like part of the family by your second drink. And then there’s the drag. Phenomenal. The queens bring it every single time — fun, fierce, and full of talent. It’s one of the few spots in the city where the LGBTQ+ community and allies can come together and truly let loose. Come for the drinks, stay for the drag, and leave with a new favorite bar.

I enjoyed the eggrolls, they were good especially with the sauce! I would recommend it!
