Really great piercer, John, who expertly and methodically replaced allllll my ear jewelry. AND he graciously reopened my 20-year-old industrial piercing. He helped me and my mom out and was super clean. Jewelry selection process was a little off. The clerk was helpful but not that friendly, and she didn't have any of the doodads I've found in other piercing/jewelry shops: a tray to lay out your selections, tweezers to put the piercing up to your ear, a mirror, or those little plastic tabs to test out how the jewelry will look. Overall, not super impressed with the service in front, but there was a good selection of jewelry, and the prices were fair. Insertion didn't cost extra. Would return!

Got a simple nose stud here the other day and it came out great! Staff were super friendly and they made sure to ask detailed questions about my allergies which I really appreciate since I have sensitive skin. Cheryl B (artist) did fantastic! I was super nervous but she took her time and her energy was very warm. Evelyn did amazing at the front desk as well. Overall a great experience, I hope to get pierced there again soon 🙂

I have always gone here for all of my piercings starting 20 years ago. I recently brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced and they were so good with her. They were very kind and They made the experience as smooth and easy as they could for a 4 year old. It was also an easy check in process . Even though it was a long wait on a Saturday (which is to be expected) they were great at text communication when it was my time so I could run other errands. I will always recommend this place for any piercing.

We took our big 4 year old to get her ears pierced. You will need state birth certificate & photo ID. They had 2 people on each ear to pierce at the same time. The girl did amazing at explaining what was happening & in a very friendly & fun way. Polka dots on your ear, bbq sauce, wiping clean, count to 3 & you'll be done! She even took time to chat with our girl. Thank you so much. We are pleased with how well it went. It was a great experience for our baby girl. No tears & no flinching! 😊

Pretty packed and loud. I wish they would do appointments or days just for kids because it’s honestly just annoying and slow. Kim was very nice, professional, piercings look great. I wish there wasn’t a upcharge for the jewelry you NEED. I got a pretty long bar in my ear, it snags, should have been a given for what the situation was after paying for diff jewelry to being with. Price not bad, jewelry selection also not bad. Never got the after care email, disappointed about that.

i've had all 4 of my piercings (lobes, septum, snakebites, eyebrow) all done here and it is an absolutely positive experience each time! every piercer here is incredibly friendly and professional. i'm incredibly nervous each time i get a piercing and they will always help soothe the anxiety each time! very professional place and i really do recommend this place to people who want to get pierced. absolutely love this place and the staff!!

Got both my nipples peirced here and it went great (I was really nervous since it was my first peircing). I forgot who did it, but I hope he has fantastic coffee for the rest of his life because he gave his proffesional opinion on placement (but very affirmative on my body, my decision) I was a anxious, repetitive client with the 'do you think my preference would look good?' question reworded 15 times😭 And OMG if I hear anyone complain about pricing- I'd throw hands. It's a permanent (if you let it heal) body modification- if your friend can do it in their kitchen for free, go ahead and good luck💀 Fantastic people, very trans-friendly shop which is more than awesome- didn't once feel uncomfortable 🖤 I would add photos since they're so cute but google would probably delete my account.
