The archive wasn’t open to the public on the day I visited but the lovely volunteers took pity on me being from Australia and let me in anyway and showed me around. Was such an incredible experience. I cannot thank them enough.

So, this might be the most male centric review here. I’m new to NYC. Decided to check this place out. Maps got me here. I couldn’t figure out where this place is. Now I understand it was one of the residential houses. But did I stop to ask for directions? Hell no! I’m a guy. So I never got to see it.

A contemporary lesbos, & all the materials are so well taken care of and categorized. Thanks for the amazing intro tour led by Maya ❤️

I had an amazing experience here years ago. It was incredible being surrounded by floors (stories!) of herstory. The amount of information on the feminist movement and the gains made internationally was stunning! I can't wait for my next research visit! (Photos upon completion!) Remembered to write a review because this actually would make a great date location. (Shout out to lesbian and trans herstory!)
