Great experience! The steak sandwich and the beef sandwich were incredible (juicy, tender, not too salty like many places) if you can’t tell by how one is photographed and the other was gone - great specials throughout the week and wine on tap. They have a wide range of prepared meals I imagine are just as good as the menu on hand. Highly recommend for a chill work day, nice lunch, or post work hang!

This place just opened last year and is amazing. The beef is super fresh and nice cuts. Lots of prepared foods and nice wine selection. The owner is an Air Force veteran who is super cool. Check it out if you're tired of the same 'ol same 'ol.

Ooooooo...... What a unique experience! We got to have the steak flight cooked our way and pork burnt ends which were incredible! They also had coleslaw which is more mayonnaise-based and not sweet like KFC..... You can actually pick whatever you want out of the meat cases, get it cooked and eat it in house. They also have beer and wine on tap and they sell bottles of wine here as well. I have never been to a place such as this one. I genuinely enjoyed every single part of this experience as well as sitting at the bar and chatting with the two bartenders, Ashley and Nate, who really seem to know their stuff.

Place just popped up out of nowhere and I am so glad that I found it! An interesting concept, you can buy your meat and bring it home, or you can pick it out and have them cook it there for you for $15 which includes a side. I had a NY strip which was perfectly cooked and a very good thick steak. Also had the Vampire Fries which were also good. They have a good selection on wines, but you can also buy a bottle and drink it with no cork fee. Staff was very patient and extremely helpful. Ashley took me through the "orientation " of what I needed to do, since I was new. And my bartender Nick was awesome. Very patient and attentive, and an all around good guy. One item I'd like to see is them serving hard liquor (particularly bourbon), but Really liked the place, will definitely be back!

I’m so happy to have this spot close to home! The staff is incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about their offerings and menu. They were confident in making recommendations for what sandwiches to order (Chicago beef), and they did not disappoint!!! It’s so clear that they’re passionate about their work and treat customers with so much enthusiasm. The entire store is extremely clean and stocked with so many goodies we can’t wait to try.

Fantastic cuts, we just had two of the best steaks I’ve had in my life! They have beers on tap, wine bar and tables to eat. My new favorite butcher, and so close to me. Ps- the Tiramisu is fantastic.

Great place for delicious freshly made food. The sandwiches are fantastic. Our waitress Payton was very friendly! A+
